I recently purchased skincare from skinstore.ca, and I couldn’t be happier with my online shopping experience. Their website was user-friendly, making it easy to find the perfect item. The checkout process was smooth, and I received my order promptly. The products arrived in excellent condition, exactly as described on their website. I’m thrilled with the quality and will definitely shop at skinstore.ca again in the future. Highly recommended!

Bit of delay on order because one product was out of stock. Customer service was ok, replied fairly quickly. Shipping and packaging was good.

Prompt service, and package arrived with product plus a few extra samples. No damage. Website was easy to navigate.

Ordered placed 12/4/24, didn’t receive it by 1/2/2025. Angry customer service when asked for cancellation and refund. Stay away from this vendor.

Do not buy from this store. Here is what I experienced: I ordered on eskin store on the 10th of Oktober, to be informed after ordering that they have to restock all the items. Finally on October 24th they were shipped, to not arrive. It took 4 times contacting eskin customer service to tell them that somethimg went wrong according to what the tracking was showing. It was supposed to go to europe but instead shipped around the US never leaving the states. Customer service wasn´t helpful just sending again the tracking number which wasn´t the point. It took a long time on the help desk to get any sensible response that did not sound like an excuse or diversion from the situation. Finally I decided to file a complaint via Paypal. That got things moving and finally I got a refund on October 25th. And it took a lot time and effort. It seems it is not a well run business at all, no stock of products, maybe dropshipping, not reliable with customer support or shipping, tries to avoid taxes by declaring goods as gifts when shipped abroad saying that on the website. at a certain point I wasnt even sure if I would get refunded and the parcel shipping through the US and ending up at the same address as the company in a locker facility. Spare yourself the hazzle and buy somewhere where you actually get what you want in a timely and reliable fashion. This was my first time placing an order with eSkincare. I had never heard of this firm before, but they offered the greatest price for the items I needed on the internet. The things I wanted were back ordered, however they kept me informed once I placed my purchase, and they arrived only 10 days later. I'm quite pleased.
