Sehr zufrieden
Ich habe die eSIM erstmals in meinem Samsung S24 für einen einwöchigen Aufenthalt in New York ausprobiert. Eine kleine Rückfrage im Vorfeld wurde zeitnah durch den Kundenservice beantwortet. Es hat alles gut und wie beschrieben funktioniert. Bei meinem nächsten Urlaub würde ich daher auch wieder einen Datentarif bei eSIMFox abschließen.

Super. Einfach und schnell eine Daten-e-sim für den Urlaub. War in der USA und hatte immer das beste Netz von allen. Habe innerhalb von 5 Minuten zwei Mitreisenden auch die eSIM bestellt und aktiviert. Alle waren begeistert. Zu Hause angekommen eSIM löschen. So einfach👍

Easy to install
Easy to install, great value, would definitely use again. Just one point - I installed it before the trip and e-sim seemed to work immediately so I was a bit worried it wouldn't work in the USA anymore since it was actually activated in advance (as it usually is with other e-sims I had in the past), but everything works just great. Simply toggle off roaming on your primary card before boarding the plane and then switch roaming on on the e-sim when you land and that's it.

Customer service was responsive and helped me quickly when I had questions about setting up the eSIM on my phone. Highly recommend for frequent travelers!

Trotz Bestätigung von Esimfox wegen Kompatibilität meines Mobiltelefons keine Verbindung in den USA
Ich habe vor Antritt meiner Reise in die USA schriftlich nachgefragt, ob E-Sim mit meinem Mobiltelefon kompatibel ist - dies wurde mir bestätigt - daraufhin habe ich die Karte gekauft.
Da ich in den USA nach mehrfachen Anmeldeversuchen keine Verbindung aufbauen konnte, habe ich mich wieder an Esimfox gewandt, die mir dann mitteilten, dass mein Mobiltelefon (Jahrgang 2023) doch nicht kompatibel sei - das war am 3. Tag meines USA Aufenthaltes!!!
