Great support from their team. Initially had an issue with my order but they refunded and I was able to use the service and it was really good

First time using an eSIM while traveling in Thailand. A++++ very good so far.

Don’t be deceived by the World Mobile account scam. I purchased an “unlimited” high-speed data eSIM, yet by day two of the 15-day plan, my account was suspended.

Their so-called 24/7 technical support is just as misleading; it’s merely an AI chatbot offering outdated and useless troubleshooting advice.

When I finally managed to speak with a real person, they accused me of violating a fair usage policy on what was supposed to be an “unlimited” account.

I explained that I was travelling and that it was impossible to use over 30GB of data in such a short time, yet they dismissed my dispute without any consideration.

I even provided photo evidence of my data usage, and while they claimed the case would be escalated to second-line support for further investigation, I never heard back.

Great signal and speed where ever I've gone! Changing over was a breeze too.

Excellent coverage and high speeds. I'm using the WorldMobile world covering data e-sim. Seamless transition between countries. Just use it without worrying about being connected or not.

Signed up for World Mobile Cell Plan, eSIM was super easy to setup using QR code with my iPhone 13. Service has been stellar!

I bought esim for a two week trip turkey that took in the Instanbul, both europe and asia sides, before travelling to Mount Ararat. Arriving at Van on Lake Van, acclimatising trek up mount Atmos, travelling to Dogubeyazit before the ascent. I checked the coverage that i could expect accepting that it might not work in some remote areas. I was pleasantly surprised to have excellent coverage for about 98% of the trip, the price was also exceptional. Can’t recommend enough and i will certainly use world mobile on my next trip.

Went to Italy and got World Mobile's eSIM for the trip. It had me connected everywhere I went, and you could see the phone automatically switching to the best available network. Would use again

I've ordered and used several eSIMs for the USA from World Mobile. The coverage has always been great and being able to top up more data is a very nice feature.

The World Mobile eSIM has allowed us to stay connected, even as far as the end of the world in Ushuaia. We have travelled through the remotest parts of Patagonia and still were able to update our friends and family from the top of mountains!

Recently traveled through Asia Pacific and the experience was flawless. You don’t need to jump through any hoops and upload all formats of your identification in order to get the eSIM, unlike landing in a foreign country and being lost trying to get connected!

The eSIM was available as soon as the payment was processed.

Honestly couldn’t recommend World Mobile enough, will definitely use them again.

I recently travelled to France for over a month and took the opportunity to try out the World Mobile eSIM. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of excellent. Purchasing the eSIM was incredibly simple—just like an online shopping experience. I created an account, bought the virtual SIM, and installation was a breeze. All I had to do was scan a QR code, and I was up and running!

One of the best features was having access to my own dashboard, which allowed me to monitor every aspect of my eSIM: activation status, installation tips, and updates on data and time remaining.

What amazed me the most was that even before landing in France, I was already connected to one of the country’s top-tier 5G providers! From that moment on, I had 5G coverage practically everywhere I went, even in the remote countryside. It felt special to have better connectivity than my friends and family—many of them were stuck on 3G/4G, and I often shared my connection with them via hotspot. That was quite unexpected!

The dashboard helped me optimise my data usage, and I managed to make it through the entire trip with 38MB left! I wasn’t too worried about going over the 10GB because I had the option to top up straight from my dashboard—how cool is that! Having this eSIM meant that I could stay connected with my family and friends back in Australia via WhatsApp, without ever worrying about roaming charges.

In short, the World Mobile eSIM made staying connected while travelling effortless. It’s hands down the best travel product I’ve ever used!
