False advertisement, I will not recommend, I bought a 5gb global esim for 30 days and sent it to a family member so they can use. I noted on my app that 680mb was used across 5 days and then they have disconnected the line saying I have shared it and therefore it's based on Pay as You go and not 5gb and 30 days, clearly a scam
Customer service were hopeless and provide no sense answers. Avoid

​I clicked on a "$1.90 for 5GB" promo for new users. The app forced a $5 minimum top-up. As soon as I paid the $5, the promo completely disappeared from the screen. This made me believe the plan was successfully purchased and active.
​Instead, the app secretly switched to an incredibly expensive "pay-as-you-go" rate without any clear warning. My entire $5 balance was drained in seconds by background data. Customer support acts like robots, completely ignoring the deceptive app design and refusing to issue a refund.
​This is a deliberate, built-in trap designed to steal your money. Stay away and use a reputable eSIM provider!

Esim.io doesn't work at all. Nothing, zero connection, and when you have it this lasts few minutes. Impossible to work, to send email, going social. Waste of time and money, and I bought the unlimited data plan. Do not buy e-sim with this operator. And I'm using it in Spain, not in Kathmandu, just to clarify it.

Purchased plan but eSIM was not working after installation. Send 12 requests to support and every time they refused to refund. Looks like a scam.

Additionally, the service was very unstable and practically unusable during my trip.

I contacted support but received no resolution.

It was actually fine no issue connecting

Started well - very simple to set up and a cheap deal for a week to try it out, and I was happy so wanted to continue for at least another week. But when I tried to top up my plan (either by buying data or PAYG), the pricing was so confusing and customer support could not answer simple questions, that in the end I went back to my previous eSIM supplier.

I do not have a ticket ID because my account was suspended and I lost access before receiving any ticket number.

My account still has a balance of $6000, and I contacted support multiple times without receiving a clear response or ticket reference.

Please locate my case using my registered email and account details instead of requesting a ticket ID that was never provided.

I am still waiting for a clear explanation and resolution.
