Excellent company to detail with from the first phone call.
Arrived for initial quote, ensured we knew all expectations from both parties.
Rep advised we were Approved for SEAI granted within minutes.
SEAI paper work arrived within a few days.
Rep advised we would receive a Quote a few days later which we did and we were extremely happy.
All work carried out to an extremely high standard, kept in the loop on every aspect, any concerns I had as I am not an insulation expert were put to eas as the workers knowledge was second to none.
Attic insulation and 10M2 of flooring all done in one day.
Highly recommend these guys as there work is second to none. I had a few cowboys in before who only cared about one thing $$$$ and had to fix their work.

Great work with the team, they installed the insulation and flooring in the attic in one day, really making the house more cosy and giving us a really usable storage space.

Finally case closed. Plumbers were here and find that guy who did a job push a pipe down. Excellent work by Gerry.

The whole process was managed efficiently from the consultation with Peter to the installation being carried out. The work was even carried out earlier than expected. The lads were very friendly and helpful and left the place neat & tidy. Would highly recommend ESI.

Started off what seemed great communications ,but it seems the initial inspection missed some key elements or potential issues. One of which was the installing of the new folding ladder and the affect it had on supporting beams and supporting trusses,(which required additional materials) then some other issues with where to ladder was to be fitted and how the hole that was left would require a plasterer, they do not do that! I assumed they were a one stop shop. Emptied the attic for install day and when the lads arrived (drove from Mayo arrived at 10am) to do the work they had wrong measurement's 20m2 instead of 60m2 (60m2 was agreed) I was told 60m2 is a 2 day job not 1 day. They got back onto Gerry (assuming owner) and they decided not to proceed and walked off the job said they can’t do it! Reached out to Gerry and expressed concerns as my wife was in tears and Gerry was advised of this and how this issue affects our renovation plans and additional works planned after the install , explained how that now we’re set back seeking new installers who have additional waiting lists and would push out all our plans by weeks and even months! All because the initial inspection missed some vital items. Gave Gerry to option to re-quote for whatever additional works are needed , plastering and additional support and then no Further Replies!!! Not even a phone call to explain or apologise.

Very disappointing experience and seems like there is no lack of care on what was missed and who caused what or who was at fault for the issue. Just stick your head in the sand and maybe it’ll go away.

After my experience I’d not recommend to use this company and I’d suggest to go to another provider!

From day one Gerry and his team were a dream to work with. He arrived on time on the day appointed, got my quote immediately, scheduled the works and again arrived at the appointed time. They handled all the paperwork in relation to me applying for Grant funding and when SEAI wanted to do a random check on the work, Gerry again called out to make sure the works were to standard and it passed the inspection 100%. I would highly recommend Gerry and his team and would like to thank them for their great work. (clean, tidy, fast and efficient)

Highly recommend this company, john who did the survey was very knowledgeable, gerry in the office was a god send for helping with the grant and paperwork and the installers were absolutely lovely to deal with. The lads saved us a small fortune compared to others companies who wanted to knock down ceilings etc. They didn't try to upsell on things we didn't need or unnecessary work. They did a great insulation job, we are absolutely delighted and Highly recommend them. They won't rip you off, just do an excellent job. The installers were on time first thing in the morning and didn't leave until close to 9pm with a long drive home for them. Excellent lads, brilliant company to deal with.

Recently had our attic insulated and floored by ESI, couldn’t recommend them highly enough. The whole process was seamless from start to finish.

Thia is not the start of a joke but An Irishman an Englishman and a Scot arrived to do our attic after a 2 1/2 hour trip from Mayo. They spent 9 hours working to insulate our attic to the highest standard, including install of loft pegs to raise the floor and insulation on doors to storage area. We had to drag them away so they would take a break. Delighted with the finished job.

It was the most stress-free and friendly experience I've had in a long time. They came out, checked everything, organised everything and all I did was make the workers a cuppa and signed the order form on completion. That's all it took.
