I’ve had money taken out my account yesterday tried to call them and I’ve sent an email with no luck I have no knowledge of even subscribing to this I’ll just go through my bank and get the money back

They are deducting amount from my account it's a fraud already they have deducted 18£ on 13 March 2025 and again they deducted 69£ on 13 April 2025 it's a fraud

I have no idea who these are yet theyre trying to take money from my bank

Noticed last month February 13 th 2025 a payment has been taken out of my account for £69 , hadent even heard of this company.Eshopsecu.com
Noticed other payments months before had been taken out , been trying to contact them ever since with no luck , I’ve stopped payments now but just realised the monthly payments have been taken out every month since march 2024 total amount taken out £788 .
Before i retired i always checked my account against my own note book of spending , but foolishly haven’t been checking it since Jan2024 ,
How can i try to get my money back

My bank just contacted me saying that £29.99 had just been tried to make payment from my account. But I've never heard of them and is so scary!! How they got my details. Avoid Avoid Avoid

I received an email from the company regarding a subscription. Did not recognise it so didnt click any links etc.

FRAUDULENT COMPANY.
Has been charging me £69 a month for 6 months (partly my fault - should have noticed earlier).
Check your bank statements. Have asked my card company to investigate. God knows where they got my card details from. Scary.

Same bad experience as many mentioned. £49 taken off for nothing. Talked to Bank and sorting out. 0 stars.

Eshopsecu I have only found out yesterday have taken two payments from my bank account for a service I never ever knowingly signed up for, 49 pounds on the 3rd June and 69 pounds on the 3rd July. No correspondence before from them, I checked emails, also spam in case. My bank are looking into it for me. Be aware of this company as I see I am not alone judging other people’s emails.

I never signed any contract with them, I was never told that i was gonna be charged.

Eshopsecu are previously called Qoverus and are a complete scam. They have taken 9 payments from my account without consent increasing from £27 to £49 to £69 over a period of a year. They are subtle and skilled at taking money that might not be picked up for a while. They claim to have sent emails confirming these details to me but I have never received anything and I’ve never knowingly signed up for this ‘service’. If you see these names on a bank statement, contact your bank immediately as it’s a scam. Interestingly, their phone number does not connect and the only emails I’ve ever received from them is when I contacted them letting them know the bank is looking into the activity as fraud.

I am furious! This organisation has been taking money out of my bank account since March 23. I have no idea what they are or what service they are suggest they are providing. I have no recollection of signing up to them and actually when I went to complete their cancellation form on line they did not recognise my email address so any mention they send you 2 text messages and 2 emails in the first month to remind you and to allow you to cancel is just not true! The payments started at $51.18 per month (so relatively easy to miss) and then $52.59 in May, $52.71 in June, $53.57 in July. Interestingly they missed the August payment but then jumped to $137.44 in September slowly increasing to the last payment of $138.53. I have had to cancel my bank card and will be pursuing Eshopsecu through my bank’s fraud unit. If you read this review Eshopsecu please refund me the nearly $1000.00 you have fraudulently taken from my bank account over the last 11 months!

Like the other comments listed, this company made an unauthorized charge and none of their phone numbers connect to anything. We've filed fraud charges with our bank. it appears to be a straight up scam.

Signed me up to a subscription that I didn’t agree to. The retailer I used that apparently signed me up to this subscription had no information on their website or on the email they sent me. Both the retailer and Eshopsecu are impossible to contact. Phone just cuts me off. Avoid.

The retailer I was offered a subscription to eshopsecu by did not make it appropriately obvious I was subscribing to a service. I couldn’t even find a record of it on the invoice/in my online account or their website.

Since then I had been deleting all text messages and email from eshopsecu because of how spammy they look. Perhaps this was my mistake.

I’ve upgraded from 1 star to 3 because eshopsecu customer service was responsive and gave me a refund.

The rep listened to me, acted quickly, was professional and well mannered. Great English too.

Really friendly and supportive customer service!
