I recently had a survey done on a property I am in the process of buying. I have been impressed with the level of customer service so far.
I must say, our surveyor Nick Kyriacou absolutely blew us out of the water with his level of knowledge, thorough inspection and the run through of the report (novice buyers here!) he has a pleasant and professional manner which put us at ease knowing we made a great decision in choosing E.Serv and felt incredibly fortunate to have Nick as our surveyor.

Mr David Pickup, surveyed my house for me, and gave a well list of options for me, to look into for remedial works.

What a professional company. I telephoned eserv for a quote,for a surveyor ,and a very professional lady answered the phone and all.my questions. The gentleman called Richard Cassanell, called me to let me know when he would be able to attend the property that I was buying,and he phoned me with the initial report then sent it via email. He called me again for me to ask any questions after I had read the report. I would certainly recommend this company Richard Cassanell was extremely knowledgeable ,and answered all questions that I asked him
