Customer service department refuses to respond
I have been trying to get my laser mask for months. After multple emails back and forth, they have stopped responding. My mask arrived in Lexington KY at UPS where is sat for over a month and finally UPS disposed of it because they also could not get a response. I’m out $1400 and have been completely blocked. I am notifying my credit card company of the fraud- do not buy from them. SCAM I can provide correspondence and receipts
UPDATE—since this review went live the customer service department emailed me. They said my mask had been delivered and sent a proof of delivery for an order with a persons name who is not me and a different tracking number from FedEx. Mine was shipped by UPS. The gaslighting is ridiculous
