Good bike but!!!!
Had the bike less than two months and now when I switch on and open the throttle the pedals start to turn very quickly and am unable to use the bike, contacted the firm and am just getting no help, only comment so far is the gears and pedals were made abroad??? and send more photos I need the bike for work and am loosing money while it's off road, not very happy. John

Great bikes, website has good info
The site has loads of information about the bikes, and the purchase experience was pretty easy and straightforward. The bike (Model 30 Roma) is really good and no problems with it at all. If I would make one suggestion, it's to make it much clearer on the website, that the bike needs registered with the DVLA when you get it, this isn't done for you and can take up to 6 weeks to be done, although mine only took 2.5 weeks. It was disappointing that the bike arrived and I couldn't ride it straight away ( I suppose you could if you had private land, but I don't)

very happy with E-Rider . Very easy and smooth ordering service online, when I have needed to ring them the receptionist has always been polite and put me through to the correct department. I have given 5 stars as I am as impressed with my purchase as much as I am impressed with the service .

We could set up a network of dealerships however they would want a retail margin to sell them and the bikes would cost twice as much.

Bad service
Very very disappointed about the service of e rider. Some spare parts are out of stock and have been told it will not available for couple of months.
My bike 18 battery was stolen but I cannot get new as out of stock and not available for couple of months.
Any got any suggestions?

The product purchased was marketed as capable of achieving 50 miles/hr and a range of between 80 to 100 miles. Serious misleading and misinformation to sale a product that the manufacturer states it's not worth more than £500 in total value.
Update:
This post is a valid review notwithstanding claims of legal actions. When this review was made no legal action was in effect. I stand corrected and this is a valid review.

You did not purchase a bike- you leased one then almost immediately stopped paying for it. We still have not been able to recover our bike and, as you know are currently taking legal action against you. Posting this sort of stuff is unhelpful.

I haven't received the bike yet, the company are kindly keeping it for me til nearer Christmas, it's a surprise & I lack storage to keep it hidden. For customer service I can't fault them, they've gone above & beyond for me. I will update once we have the bike & can give an honest review. 5 stars for helpfulness though!

Sorry for your problem but looking back at the email thread I see we offered to have your bike picked up and brought to our workshop for repair. You rejected this offer and said you would solve the problem locally.

Bike arrived fine and in full working, however...
Bike arrived fine and in full working condition however the paperwork included with the bike for DVLA registration was incorrect.
This has now created a situation where my application has been rejected and now I'm having to reapply. It's now been almost six weeks since the bike arrived and I've still not rode it. Effectively paying £100 this month to let the bike sit in my garage and gather dust.
Not too happy considering registration of the bike has to be done on my end, for me to do everything correctly and then it's erider that's made the mistake...
