I received my ErgoSalah prayer mat today and Alhamdulillah it is really helpful, especially for knee patients. In my family, it has been a blessing for the elderly who were previously praying on chairs — now they can perform sujood properly on the mat. It truly makes a big difference for those with knee or joint problems. However, I would say this mat is not meant for healthy people, as the design is specifically made to support those with physical difficulties in line with the Islamic rules of prayer. May Allah reward the team behind this initiative for making salah easier for so many.

Delivery was fast the company took care of my order and i feel blessed this is truly a genuine company

Nur leider dauert der Versand viel zu lang, hier könnte es am besten beschleunigt werden dann ist wirklich alles perfekt. Also achtet am besten darauf bei Bestellung falls ihr es verschenken möchtet so wie ich dann am besten früh die Bestellung aufgeben. Vielen Dank an den Erfinder.

I ordered the prayer mat from them for my parents. My parents have trouble with their knees when performing Salah and this was such a relief to them, they loved it! The pillow is good quality and prayer mat is pretty big which is even better and more spacious.

To begin with, the shipment was significantly delayed — it was left in China for several days. Despite my repeated follow-ups with customer service, there was little progress or clear communication. It took 16 days for the prayer mat to arrive in Canada, which is far from the express service I expected.

When I finally received the package today, the product was damaged, and there was tape applied to it, which was extremely disappointing. Furthermore, the shipping label clearly indicated 'standard' rather than 'express,' which contradicts what was advertised.

Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with the product condition, delivery experience, or overall service. If you're ordering from Canada, please be aware of the potential delay and think carefully before placing your order.

Alhamdulillah I receive my ergosalah mats with no problems. The mats are beyond my expectations, alhamdulillah. I can do my sujood at end of the prayers, insyallah. Jazakillah

I experienced delivery issues with ERGOSALAH, and while the situation has yet to be fully resolved, I want to acknowledge the team’s effort in trying to address it. I have not yet received either the product or a refund (I would’ve preferred the product), but I appreciate that the team was responsive and seemed to genuinely care about the outcome.

They have been very kind to refund despite the fact that it was an issue with the Imile delivery company. I understand that delivery issues can sometimes be outside of a seller’s control, but I believe customers should still be supported throughout the process and they stood by their product amd the consumer.

This prayer mat was a huge success as a Eid gift for my parents. They use it daily and are very satisfied. Definitely a worthy investment.
