I wish I had seen these reviews before ordering. Ergomotion picks the shipper but when you have an issue they offer NO support. The shipper's (LTL) web site has no means of contacting them for an update and my item has been sitting 30 minutes from my home for more than two days now with no movement. The tracking said it was to arrive on 4/12, then 4/13 and then 4/14 at 4:00. It's now 4/15 and the tracking still says it's being delivered "ON TIME" on 4/14 with no update. I called Ergomotion customer service who offered ZERO help. They just just told me to wait. Plenty of good adjustable bases out there so don't give your money to a company that as soon as they get paid you don't exist. I would not recommend buying from Ergomotion.

My order arrived with several essential components missing, including the PSU and remote.

It took 15 days to reach customer support due to bounced emails, unresponsive chat, and an ineffective chatbot. When I finally received a reply, I was asked a follow-up question, which I answered immediately.

Since then, there has been no response for nearly a week.

At this point, I still cannot use the product and therefore cannot comment on its quality. The overall customer service experience has been deeply disappointing.

Love the bed. BEWARE! If you need legs with wheels for your bed, they sell you 4. However the bed frame takes 6! You are either 2 short or have 2 extras! They will not sell you the correct number of legs with wheels! Absolutely insane. They only care about making a profit!

I can either buy another set of 4, giving me 8 when I only need 6 or loosing 25 bucks as a restocking fee plus return shipping.

Stupid that they refuse to sell you the proper number of legs with wheels for your frame.

Ability to contact Ergomotion support is almost impossible. I have seldom, if ever, had a harder time receiving help. The chat bot cannot answer my question and it is very difficult to actually speak with a real person.

Worst experience I've had in life purchasing furniture. First don't ever buy anything from this company, because they will never fix it. The furniture store contracts with them so they don't have to be bothered.
There 20 year warranty means absolutely nothing. Bought adjustable mattress frame, never worked right. I have a warranty,when I called for service they told me, record noises sitting, reclining,stand and flip on side and record again,if you want repair you pay for repairs and find repair man yourself. Scam company, they will send parts if they feel you need them.
One question what is the warranty for,if you find answer let me know,scam.

I purchased an adjustable mattress base from The Brick (Scarborough, Ontario), and within a day it started malfunctioning. The base moves up and down on its own, and the voice command feature doesn’t work at all.

When I contacted The Brick for a replacement, I was told I need to contact the manufacturer and ergo motion told that I’d have to wait another two months—which is extremely frustrating. Even the store itself couldn’t offer any real help or solution.

For the price and expectations, this has been a disappointing experience. I wouldn’t recommend this product or the customer service

The congruence between marketing and reality

My father unfortunately lost his remote while having to move in a very stressful situation. I was trying to help him replace it and it turned into a HUGE thing. Not only can they not offer a replacement remote because it's an older model but we would have to pay $269 for updated equipment and figure it out ourselves or PAY someone extra to do it. It took me 2+ weeks and 2 other people to lift the bed up for the information I needed. And when I told the customer service person at Ergomotion that the tiny sticker with the model number of the bed was impossible to see and reach he told me "that's why we tell you to keep the paperwork". That is NOT helpful, and I am sure I am NOT the only person to have this problem. Why put a tiny sticker 3 bars back where you have to lift the whole HEAVY bed up? Sounds like an Ergomotion problem, not MY fault for having life events. Oh and the bed was already registered but they didn't bother to ask me to provide a name or phone number for the bed. It is a bed- not some personal item that requires extra security measures. HORRIBLE customer service.

Using the ErgoSportive bed is an incredible experience and the fact that it is adjustable allows you to adjust it to a suitable position to sleep better. And the cherry on top is that this bed reduces snoring and as my partner snores it always affects my sleep and today with this bed I can put it in the right position and sleep better.

Loved everything about this product! Amazing that I can wake up with just some vibration and not a some noise. Also great quality with mattress and pillows 👌👌 but above all I would say the anti snoring ability during our sleep with no noise makes our sleep better than before

As an artist and performer i need a good nights sleep and I absolutely love this bed and will only buy from this company in the future. The setup was easy, mattress comfortable and I've told everyone i know about it and they've had a few purchases because of me. From my doctor to my colleagues lol. BRAVO on a great product.
