I had been looking for a hi-viz that would extend sufficiently to go over my big coat in the winter but be small enough for the summer and that's what I got and in bright red, and with pockets, just love it

I would not have placed an order if it was it's original price as that was far too expensive for the item.But it was half price and this, to me, seemed like a fair price.
The product is very well made, of good materials and is completely adjustable.
Love the good quality zip, deep, zipable pockets and lots of velcro for perfect adjustments.
Great slogan which is making drivers more aware of the law and speed around horses.

Ordered toy pony for a birthday gift. Called them almost 3 weeks later as hadn't received it. They knew immediately that they'd been unable to fulfill my order as there was an error on their website and they didn't have the item in stock. They'd been searching the warehouse all that time apparently.
They had made no attempt to contact me to let me know or to refund me in the intervening time. I'm certain they wouldn't have bothered to either if I hadn't called them. Poor customer service.

Really wouldn’t bother. I placed an order for an ear bonnet on 28th September, and a women’s hi-viz gilet arrived the following week instead. I emailed straight away to say I’d received the wrong item and got a reply a couple of days later after chasing. Equisafety promised to send me the correct item along with a return mail package.

However, after that response, my next three emails asking for an update were ignored. The replacement only arrived yesterday — three weeks later. When I opened the package, I discovered the wrong ear bonnet had been sent again, and it wasn’t useable for me as it didn’t have the velcro tabs the one I ordered did. I emailed back to explain, and the reply I finally received simply said they were sorry they couldn’t help me.

I found this a really strange response given the lack of care and attention throughout. The response made it seem like them having sent me two incorrect items was in fact my fault.

I’ve managed to get a refund via PayPal, but the whole process has been slow, frustrating, and disappointing. I won’t be shopping with them again.

Came really quickly. Was a little big, I had to sea one part of the elastic together to make it fit, maybe make it adjustable, other than that really pleased with the quality

I purchased the hat camera on Friday 19th sept early morning. it states on their website that the despatch time was 48hrs. By Tuesday afternoon (23rd) there was no despatch update on the shop app so I phoned them. The lady on the phone told me they were having an issue connecting the camera to the phone app after the updates and that they are getting the camera sent out today (Tuesday) and I should receive it tomorrow (Wednesday) and that she is sending it first class …. Wednesday came and still no despatch notification or tracking …. Thursday - nothing. I contacted them again Thursday afternoon, explaining the situation and what I was told. I was then told they were waiting on a phone call from China about the updates (contacting China didn’t fill me with confidence, felt like I’d bought off temu for an extortionate price) …. She then told me that failing that if she couldn’t get the camera sent out she was going to contact me tomorrow (Friday) for a refund which I thought fair enough ….. Friday came, no shipping details, no contact from them …. I emailed them Friday afternoon and phoned them numerous times and was completely ignored …. I never had and issue contacting them the previous two times … I tried all day to contact them to which I was still ignored ….. i then had to open a case with PayPal to get my money back which I received today ……. I wish I had read reviews before purchasing. It’s really bad customer service and they shouldn’t be selling products when they can’t complete orders …. If I hadn’t of contacted PayPal, they would of still had my money right now and I would of been without a product that I paid for. The lady on the phone was nice, she wasn’t rude, just full of excuses and false promises. I won’t ever purchase equisafety again, not even through a third party. …… I do generally believe that they don’t have cameras in stock and they are getting them made cheap l in China when people place an order which could take 30 days plus to even arrive in the UK. I would just avoid.

Great Fit, Price and Wonderful Visibility due to unique signage. Also, very adaptable to wearing different layers with two useful pockets.

I ordered a nice jacket and had it sent to France. I had to pay customs fees. But the seller sent me a wrong size jacket (S instead of L). I had the seller on the phone and was promised a right-size jacket free of additional charges but didn't get any parcel nor refund so far, and no more answer to any of my mails. I have lost a lot of money and still have no jacket in size L... Very disappointed!

Only 1 item of the 3 items ordered has been received and it is the wrong size. I have had no reply to the email I sent regarding this

The jacket is lovely sadly comes up very small, so needs to be returned. I filled in the return request online and heard nothing. Few days later I emailed, a couple of days later I jad a reply asking what I needed to return, I replied immediately but so far yet again no reply. Not great service at all.
