Quality products in a good range of sizes. Beautiful colours 🌈. Perfect accessories to keep you safe on the roads. Highly recommend, been using their products for years for both horse and rider. Wouldn't ride out without wearing waistcoat, hat band, leg bands.

The quilted reflective gilet is so comfortable to wear and the reflective chevron really works in the bright sunshine or dimmer days. Handy pockets for phones, keys etc and the fit is spot on when riding out.

I bought an equisaftey hi-viz sheet a few winters ago and I have used it ever since. It's bright, good material, fashionable and (most importantly) it's not silly expensive! Would 100% reccomend! The "cob" size fit my 15.1 horse and my 12.2 pony.

I ordered two hi vis vests, shipping was fast, products were excellent, I gave them as gifts as here in Canada I haven’t found any high quality hi vis wear. The pink is certainly very popular! Will buy again!

Sent a message regarding a gilet, replied very quick. Ordered and arrrived a few days after. Absolutely love the Polite gilet, true to size as well.

I bought one of the longer length winter inverno jackets - brilliant. So warm, I love the zip up the back to go over the saddle, and the stretchy internal cuffs so I don’t get things down my sleeves! I wish it came in a non-hi-viz colour too, to be my everyday coat and not show the dirt so much. Fab coat.

I bought a wrap around exercise sheet which was too small, easy return and a new one sent out in replacement. Great sheet, waterproof and makes sure we are well seen when riding on the roads.

I LOVE this jacket! Not only is it highly visable it is super warm and comfortable for riding. The "Please Pass Wide and Slow' sign on the back leaves nothing for question when it comes to drivers while I'm riding on the road.

Just want to say how happy I am with Equisafey. I purchased the UVEX Exxential II LED riding helmet for Xmas but unfortunately the rear light was faulty which was obviously disappointing. I emailed Equisafety over Xmas, not expecting them to respond so quickly, but they did and assured me they'd send a replacement light out once Xmas hols were over, which they did!!!! It's a great helmet by the way, and just brilliant for those early morning rides and arriving back later than usual on the evenings. Good to know you have that additional visibility when needed!!! Highly recommend Equisafety and will use them regularly now. Many thanks.

I have bought 2 items recently, a reflective exercise sheet for the pony in December (which arrived in plenty of time for Christmas) and a reflective jacket to match for my granddaughter in January. My granddaughter loves the jacket especially as you can remove the warning sign on the back. It’s also reversible and very warm and smart. Both orders arrived very quickly! I’m very pleased with the service!

I ordered a hi vis jacket for my father for Christmas. I made a mistake when doing the in line order and one of the team called me to check the details and made sure that I received the jacket before Christmas. The jacket arrived in time and my father was thrilled . The family is also happy because it will keep him safe on dark nights.

Excellent service, quick delivery and a great price. The massage mitt is lightweight and easy to use, our pony finds it very relaxing, great for humans too! Thoroughly recommend equisafety for great service, ive had several products and they've all been great quality as well.

In December I purchased a large purchase. Nicola believed I was lying and couldn’t find me on the system.

Spoke to Carol she found me on the system and cancelled the order as guess what folks “not in stock” refund still not sent! It’s a lie! They are scammers! Taking money. Nicola is passive aggressive and rude!

Do not buy from this company, they will take your money and not send items and not refund money! trading standards have been contacted and LONDON horse show should be embarrassed to follow you on social media!

Talking about social media, I told my story on there like others and got blocked! So other people don’t see!

After checking numerous sites for a hobby horse, we finally came across Equisafety. The hobby horse which is out of stock everywhere, showed they had just 1 in stock on Equisafety, so I paid and ordered it, then it went downhill from there.

No tracking number has been provided, even though I paid for next day delivery.

Emails were ignored so after 3 weeks, messaged them on Facebook and whoever wrote was very arrogant, rude, and accused me of ordering when it said out of stock - This is incorrect or I wouldn't of bought it as it's an xmas present!

I was told it would be sent a day later when they responded via messenger, 5 days later still not arrived, messaged them again and struggling to get a reply. guessing it's Nicky Fletcher.

Have over 10M video views on social media, heavily involved in this field in the UK and if this isn't rectified, I will be posting about this company including emails sent which have been ignored, as well as reporting them.

They have caused stress and anxiety, not knowing what is happening and if they do speak to you, good luck, they are rude as hell.

Wish I read these reviews before ordering.

Edit: Yes I did say I would come down to the office, I was being ignored. Wanting to know what the heck is going on, where is my item for my daughter or my money?? Is this physical abuse? Playing the victim, pathetic. You’ve scammed hundreds.

2nd edit: they reported my review for harmful content so I appealed and it’s back online, because it’s the truth. They even opened a Facebook competition for fake 5 star reviews to try bury the reviews. All Nicky does is lie lie lie and post fake timescales and fake updates. Funny how I got the horse next day delivery before I posted this review from a 3rd party isn’t it. You have been warned.

Update 21/02/2024

2 months after my initial review it has recently been reported to be harmful or illegal by the seller but following assessment it meets the guidelines and has been put back on by Trustpilot. I am aware that there is a competition on their Facebook page with the chance to win a prize if you leave a review so can only assume negative reviews are being falsely reported to try to remove them. Not a great way to go about business!

In response to Nicky’s comment about postage, I ordered them at the beginning of November not December, this was way before any Christmas delays and I’m sure that if you have insurance you can claim the money back. As a customer it isn’t my fault that the item was ‘lost’ at the same post office you use regularly.

AVOID!! I only gave 1 star as I did initially get a response from Nicky. I ordered a pair of Le Mieux stirrups on the 9th Nov, I received a tracking number on the 13th Nov - tracked 48. Waited….and waited but after a week they didn’t arrive. Contacted the seller who assured me they were sent out so I waited a week again. I spoke to my local postie and then the sorting office but the tracking number had not been scanned into the postal system. After a few more emails I raised a dispute with PayPal and notified Nicky that they would be in touch. Today I received a full refund and have not heard a peep from the seller. Luckily I used PayPal and was able to be refunded. Either they were sent and lost at her local post office within minutes of getting the tracking number or I was given a false tracking number! Will never use this place again.

I bought a very expensive hat from this company, (£300+) they sent the wrong hat, wrong size, wrong colour and didn’t even have a liner in it… I then returned the incorrect hat and have never received a refund or the hat I ordered. I am calling daily but none answers the phone, I have emailed numerous times and no reply. Absolutely disgusting was to conduct business:

I tried to return a coat (bought unknowingly in the sale) and I was never told by the staff that it was a sale item and non returnable. The attitude from Nicky the owner was less than acceptable, passive aggressive and cost her another sale. After speaking to the organisers she then decided to make signage more clear on her stand - essentially admitting fault. Still no refund, and definitely won’t be using this business again. AVOID!
