The person that took the order was very…

The person that took the order was very knowledgeable and attentive finding the correct product for me.I would have given five stars but engine cover came damaged.It wasn't noticeable until I had it installed.I removed the front pulled start cover and hammered it out .I needed the machine up and running and couldn't wait for replacement parts.I recommend you enhance packaging for shipment.Tha ks

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. No Owner's Manual, company claimed that the dealer lost it. Owner's Manual online does not explain how to break in new engine. One customer rep said to change oil in 5-8 hrs, another "Mitch" said that kohler did not provide directions on that. Moreover, Mitch refused to provide warranty terms and told me that I could put mower upside down for winter storage for all he cared. Lesson learned: do not buy from this co. Buy direct from Kohler.

Worth $138 to alienate a customer

Bought something through ebay. This company shipped it. Ordered the wrong size. Tried to initiate the return through ebay and could not. First person I called at equipatron said they were "initiating the return process, and I would receive an email" Waited a week, called back. Was told I had to deal with ebay. If it was worth the $138 to alienate a first time customer, and turn them into a one time customer that shares (good and bad) experiences, congratulations! WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

I purchased a new engine for my Deere John

I purchased a new engine for my John Deere D110 on Friday afternoon and it was so easy to install. Had to call once for a quick question and Floyd was so helpful. Total install time was around 2.5 hours. Have already put 2 hours on the new engine and must say it has already out performed the OME hands down. From my first email to my last phone call all of the team members have been amazing. Thanks and good luck !!!

Good

Called in my order and they told me it would ship the following day but there was a mix up on there end. They went ahead and overnighted my motor so its all good

Very disappointed

I chose the product and then found out that there was a problem with the system. This was very poor customer service. Dislike.
