That 1% saves me $226.52 a month, gives me almost $40k more in buying power, and could cut over 6 years off my loan if I throw the monthly savings toward principal — more than $91k in lifetime savings. That’s real money.

What I appreciated most was how straightforward Jim was. He gave solid market advice, explained things in a way that actually made sense, and didn’t overcomplicate anything.
