Customer Service was excellent!
Sales they have are excellent and free shipping is also a huge plus, but what really sold me was the customer service I received because my package was delivered to the wrong address. When I reported it, the rep immediately got back to me and confirmed it had been sent to the wrong house. Within 24 hours of investigation I was offered a re-send or refund. I chose re-send because I have been dying for the emerald pad set and re-delivery was her within the next few days. Quality is good, just a note that cob size is TINY, but overall experience was awesome!

Great products but please don't use FedEx !!!! they held my parcel for a week. Threatened to return it. Wanted an invoice. We're very rude 😞 to that's probably why the only have 1 star ⭐

Beautiful Pad
The pad was delivered on time & I appreciate the quality. It's thick, doesn't slip, & looks great on my Belgian Warmblood gelding.

Ich liiiiiebe Esstockholm! Diese Schabracken sind der Wahnsinn, absolute Hingucker und sitzen unter dem Sattel wie eine 1! Lieferung klappt auch immer 1A, gibt keine Schäden an der Verpackung oder dem Inhalt.
