Lottie looks lovely in her suit, fits her beautifully and the sizing advice was spot on. Have yet to try it out on a walk but have every confidence it will do the job as the quality of the product is very good.

I am absolutely thrilled with the quality of the Tankies & fast service of Equafleece. I purchased 2 each for both dogs & sent them back for harness holes. I now have all four & am so very pleased. Even the old dog does not object to wearing these superb garments. Thank you

Have just purchased 2 tankies for a standard dachshund and a small (bonkers) Bassett hound. Tetley really appreciates his and on the first trying on didn’t want it taken off. Apparently it was my fault he was hot lying by the fire and not much better under a blanket on the sofa. Daisy’s had to be returned for an exchange ( yes her bum did look big) but posted on Saturday and the exchange has been despatched, today, Tuesday. Once we get to right fit for Daisy, I will be purchasing an extra one each. Thank you so much and by the way they are fantastic coats

About 15 years ago I bought 5 Equafleece Dog Jumpers. The quality is excellent. They have all been worn and washed no end of times and are still in great condition.
It was only because my current dogs are too big for these coats that I needed to buy more.
This time I visited the factory and was not disappointed. The staff could not have been more helpful. The lady was so patient with me (so many colours to chose from) and my dogs whilst trying to get the right sizes.
I also bought a pair of dog pants ready for my dog's season. I have tried other brands but these are far superior in quality and fit.
I would not hesitate to recommend the Equafleece product, and if you are lucky enough to visit the factory in Devon, you will not be disappointed.

I wanted to give a Radical Thank You to this company and Sammi in particular. A lot of extra time and care went into properly outfitting my two Xolos (who actually NEED the clothes here in Alberta Canada lol). After time consuming - on Sammi's part - back and forth and measuring and remeasuring and advising and exchanging, we got our amazing quality, beautiful suits for our fur-less kids. I couldn't be more pleased with either the product or the truly exceptional customer service. I highly recommend this company and will be using this them again.

Wonderful experience, we struggled a few times to size our boy correctly and the customer service and sizing help were fantastic- super helpful and really fast at responding.

Don’t waste your time with this company, unless you love poor customer service. My dog has always been a custom fit due to his cross breed. I made this clear on email correspondences with their production manager. After 3 different people took measurements of my dog, I inputted these into their website and their website told me that his measurements did not fit an ‘off the shelf’ option. I therefore emailed images of my dog and the measurements. The production manager advised me to order an ‘off the shelf’ size, which I suspected would be incorrect and I highlighted this in my email correspondence. I ordered the size that production manager suggested and guess what… yes you guessed it… it was the wrong size. I was told to return the item for an exchange at my own postage cost. Clearly I did not want to do this as the risk of receiving a further misfit in the second item would inevitably cost me further postage returns and I would end up with no product at all, just return postage costs. I would advise anyone looking for dog clothing, to visit a more reputable seller and one that cares about good customer service.
I see that Equafleece has managed to muster up a response. Firstly, you need to read all of my reviews and you will find many 5star reviews! Platforms such as Trust Pilot are an avenue for customers to offer experience and advice to other potential customers so that their decision making processes can be made more careful and omit any concerns or address them. Secondly, the first rule of business is that your customers should always come first. You can use words like ‘bully’ to help you manage your reputation as much as you like but it’s this simple, your employee mis-advised a customer who had sent her a chain of emails concerned with appropriate sizes and images to demonstrate and stress that her dog was never an ‘off the shelf’ size. (If there are any customers out there who would like to see the chain of emails, I am more than happy to share them). Your mistake has cost me £31 and that is a fact. If you spent more time dealing directly with customer services issues yourself, as the business owner, then maybe you would not have to spend your time replying to a review that YOU feel is unjust. May I also add that your ‘very experienced staff,’ have sent a size 14” dog suit to me that actually measures 15.5” which I’ve had checked by a seamstress (if anyone would like to see this measurement image, please do ask and I will be happy to share). This is your wrong doing Equafleece not mine, have a great day!

I was having trouble trying to find the right size for my Doxiepoo so I emailed the company and they asked me to remeasure. I did this and was a couple of inches out so I emailed them again and they suggested a size 22 and they were so right!! My dog absolutely loves it! It stops him from getting his little belly wet on the common in the mornings and he’s really toastie too. So thank you Equafleece, we are more than happy with our product and I would highly recommend you to others.

Very good quality products and amazing customer service. I’ve ordered wrong size jumper for my dog. Had to return it for exchange, so measured the dog and wrote measurements on the returns form. Equafleece contacted me to discuss my options. I was surprised to hear that my dog’s size measurements been passed to the manager in order to find the best fitting coat for my dog. Lady on the phone was very clear when explaining everything to me. No longer than 10 minutes after our conversation, I’ve received an email confirmation of product dispatch. New, perfectly fitted jumper arrived on the 3rd day. I couldn’t be happier with the service and the product. I’ve got 2 dogs and they both wear Equafleece jumpers. They last long, can be washed time and time again and still stay in shape.

I can't speak highly enough about Equafleece. I wanted to buy my dog a jumper and wasn't quite sure on the sizing. I emailed her measurements and they recommended a size and it fits perfectly. Unfortunately, after many months doggo ripped it badly. Nothing to do with the product and everything to do with a barbed wire fence. I asked if they could repair it, they said yes, I sent it off and had the jumper returned a week or so later. The patch repair is so good that the jumper is now as good as new. They even repaired a smaller, older rip that I had repaired myself. And the cost of all this: nothing pretty much, well £5 but that included return postage. An amazing service. As for the jumper itself, it's great. It looks very comfortable to wear and keeps her warm and dry. Not warm enough for deepest darkest winter here in Scotland but great for cold or cool, wet days in spring and autumn. Thanks Equafleece for not just making great products but for the amazing service you offer and for being so good to deal with.

One thing I have noticed. I previously had a coat for my little terrier that fastened at the front. It seems this is no longer available. It was a real god send as she hated things going over her head. Just wondering if you would think about bringing it back?

Despite the back order wait, I have no hesitation in giving this company a 5 star review!
Top tip: do NOT buy an overpriced 'out of stock' item off Ebay. Contact the helpful and efficient staff and even out of stock items will be with you within a few weeks.
The fleece dog suit is utterly gorgeous, warm and comfy, true to size if you measure your dog exactly as per the guidance on the website and aldo totally invaluable in the time saved not having to completely bath your mucky pup after a long, muddy walk.
I'm still trying to find a summer suit that fits my 2 furbabies, as they're not so straightforward but this doesn't reduce the 5 star review in any way.

Have now bought three dogsuits for my cavapoo (she gets them dirty so need a few in rotation!). Keeps her dry and mud free and makes life so much easier. Would highly recommend!

Bought the mulberry colour equafleece and already worn a few times! Love it and wish I had got it sooner as it keeps east so
Much cleaner and dryer and the dirt just brushes off the jacket so need to wash after every walk ! Great quality and well worth the 4 week wait !

After much deliberation, we purchased an Equafleece dog suit for our young Cockapoo. Although I had to call to place the order as they were (and still are) out of stock, the customer service agent who I spoke to was friendly and efficient. I had followed the guidelines on the website for measuring our pup, and so knew exactly what I wanted to order. I was advised that the suit may not arrive for 3 or more weeks, however within 10 days my order was delivered. The suit is FANTASTIC. Our cockapoo likes to roll in anything nasty, particularly fox poo, which is one reason we wanted this Equafleece, as it will be the fleece that is washed and not the pup. It works! The Equafleece washes well and is standing up to our little girls escapades. We will be ordering another this month.

I have yet to try out the product, though many of my dog owning friends have highly recommended Equafleece dog coats. However, while awaiting delivery I wanted to flag up their excellent customer service. I have had a series of very friendly and helpful emails, mostly do do with sizing. As the coat I want is out of stock I was advised to phone in my order but before I could do it I had another email asking for details so they could do it and save me the phone call. Very highly recommended.

We have ordered multiple dog coats for our English Setter and cross-breed. The customer service is always fantastic, the quality is great and the focus is on function, which is really important to us. Our dogs are very active and the coats are especially great for wet walks, either raining or in and out of chilly rivers. Our favourite is the tankie.

I’ve previously reviewed for another dogsuit purchase and stand by that one but I’ve bought another 2 since and the experience wasn’t the same.
Using the exact measurements both of these weren’t right. One was extremely long so I returned this. The second one was okay in length but just looser so I kept this thinking it would be fine and then she wore it outside and it was no longer returnable so I was okay with that as it was my choice to keep it.
Then the new suit comes for the other dog and it was a perfect fit, I tried this on my other dog also and it was also a perfect fit for her too so I went onto email to order a new one for her as well, the lady in the email suggested a 16 to me but I said that the 18/20 slim that was her sisters was a perfect fit so I’d go with that. I had to wait 3 weeks for this to arrive and it didnt fit. I was so confused because her sisters did. I then put it on her sister and was also bigger on her and side by side both garments were different sizes. So here I go again having to order new and the lady on the email when I told her I was disappointed because I originally placed my orders in October and was now December and no further forward, instead of apologising for the delay she retorted that she did suggest the 16 anyway. Well let’s also remember that you told me 18/20 originally and also bear in mind that I had a 18/20 slim that was perfect but these are different sizes to each other both supposedly the same size
So again I needed to return and was told it would be 3 weeks for a new one again, then when the return email came it was 4 weeks, then 4 weeks come and nothing so I email and get told it was being made on that day.
It’s now arrived today 21st January and its a perfect fit but it’s been an ordeal getting here. I can honestly say if my first one I ordered in September hadn’t been so smooth I’d have called it quits with the hassle because it’s not an easy feat to get through on the phone.
I walk dogs and have someone else with similar issues with a repair that’s been with them for weeks also with no communication that she opted to pay for a repair on the zip or her spare suit because she cant be without it again.
This was the lady who sold me on trying equafleece so it’s sad to see that the passion she had that made me buy is filled with disappointment now when she’s bought from equafleece for years.
I had intended to order green and red suits once I was sure that the 16 fit poppy but I’m now apprehensive because bear in mind I had 2 18/20 slim suits and both weren’t the same size so I really don’t think I’ve got it in me to go through weeks of waiting with potential returns and waiting again for replacements
I’ve been in inbox too for summer suits which is now an absolute no because the sizing is different for that and I just can’t blindly put myself through it.
I can’t give them a 1 star because honestly the product is excellent and I love it which is why this is so disappointing that I’m now thinking do I buy more or do I try elsewhere
I can see from some google reviews that others had issues last winter with stock and the replies from the company was that staffing would be better for next winter but from my experience I don’t want to even think what it was like last winter if this is what it’s like this winter.

Have bought a number of their products which are brilliant and a life saver for a cavapoo who likes rolling in things. Customer service great and very helpful.
