The Epoch Lending team was recommended to us as the lowest, most responsive mortgage option as we purchased a new home. I was encouraged to shop around, and even the big, nationwide services couldn't compete with Epoch Lending's amazing rates and customer service. I did not have my loan structured at closing as I requested during the application process. When I arrived at the closing table, It was pretty much a forced closing with documents written in the way the underwriter and mortgage broker wanted them, opposed to what I needed. As a result, I was forced to sign so I would not lose the property.

I have bought and sold many properties. This purchase/lending experience ranks as one of my worst!!
