We researched smart toliets at length and finally settled on Eplo, in part because of the good ratings about customer service. So, we ordered two of the Eplo E18Max and couldn't be happier with them.

Also, I can confirm that the customer service is outstanding. We asked multiple questions prior to the purchase and all of our concerns were addressed with videos, photos and additional information.

After our purchase and install, we had one small issue with one of the units. We alerted customer service and they provided two recommendations on possible fixes. When those didn't work, they set up a video call with us and walked us through the issue and resolutions.

I highly recommend Eplo and their products.

I honestly have no idea when my toilet is going to arrive. The logistics and communication regarding the delivery have been very inefficient, and I have not received any clear or reliable information about the expected delivery date.

I would appreciate it if you could please provide me with a clear update and a realistic delivery date as soon as possible.

Had a water leak after about six months in the upper bidet unit.

I reached out to EPLO service and they informed that this issue has been identified and resolved and offered a new toilet or a full refund.

Really solid support and they stand by their product !

Lee was very informative and responsive to our questions. Love the toilets (we bought 3). The only improvement that I would suggest is to be able to adjust the time it takes for the toilet to flush. Each toilet seems to vary, but overall, the time takes too long to close and flush after we walk away. Can this be adjusted?

1st of all, customer service is bar non the absolute best I have ever seen, that is the wow factor, the G20max model of the smart toilet is just amazing, from the build quality, to the absolutely most extensive options you can build into such unit, I don't think there is anything else you could add to it, my EPLO experience was and is flawless.

All is great. My only issue was the lack of details for installation of emergency battery(AA) backup. A video to show would have helped. Figured out and may test it today during main period being turned off. Otherwise would have given 5 stars.

Excellent product, Excellent customer service. Highly recommend. Bought one G20Max, liked it so much we got 3 more for the whole house.

I wish my expensive forming agent was a toilet cleaner too – it runs out quickly, lasting less than a month despite only being used in the evenings.

I don't usually review products, but my new Eplo toilet literally changed my life. I love everything about it! I never even tried a bidet before pulling the trigger, but I was converted on the first use. The only think I can't vouch for so far is durability, since I've been using it for only a month now.

It was easy to place my order and my bidet arrived even faster than they said it would. There was no damage to it from transit. I have not had the need to contact customer service so this is my only experience.

Fast shipping, good pricing

Only 4 stars because I had a Kohler Numi toilet before this one (after 13 years it was toast) and the jet spray wash on the Kohler is worlds better, plus other things like the deodorant, foot warmer, music, sterilization of the wand, etc, but for 1/10 of the price of a new Kohler which is now $14,000, it's fantastic.

Prior to purchase I was able to get answers to specific size/dimension questions quickly. I was even sent a few photos to better illustrate the information that was provided. After purchase I received the same level and speed of response to a few technical questions I had.
