Very expensive plus the worst service
One of our packages was canceled and never shipped but they took money and still not refunded.
Once I was checking their Gold Membership service, and it was suddenly purchased from my wallet balance and I don't know how it happened.
I immediately contacted their support to cancel the membership and refund my payment but they said "Once Gold Membership is activated can not refunded"
They will keep 500 permanently in their wallet after you receive COD Payment. And moreover, you cannot withdraw an amount below 500. So, if you get a COD Payment of (Suppose) Rs. 600, they will take 500 permanently and would keep 100. And that too, you cannot withdraw that 100 because it is less than the minimum withdrawal amount.
They further charges 2.5% on the amount that is to be withdrawn.
So, basically, if you start a business and want to opt for COD, never go for ePickr. They would, instead, eat not only your profits but all of it in one go without prior notifications.
Just stay away from ePickr
