The staff in the Cork office are great! I had issues with a heating controller and they were very helpful and got my issue fixed. When they said they’d follow up, they did. Great customer service!

About a year ago I volunteered to help a friend take up some tiles and in doing so I found a heating pipe In the floor!! Water everywhere and panic stations ensued. Call made to EPH services and within an hour Neil arrived and quickly carried out the necessary repair works. Professional, knowledgeable and very neat and tidy. Very reasonable rates too.

Quality Service
I've used EPH Services a number of times now, their expertise, professionalism and quality of work having warranted the call backs. Neil has serviced my gas fire and repaired a tank leak as well as diagnosed and rectified radiator issues with ease. He is both thorough and tidy in his work and will always be my first, and last, port of call as there is nothing he cannot master. I have no qualms in recommending him for any heating, gas or electrical work.

Couldn’t ask for better
Contacted Neil about my heating not working. A few quick messages and photos later the problem was diagnosed and fixed within 10 minutes. He didn’t even charge me for his time and advice. If only more companies had this ethos. I have his number saved and will definitely use and pass on to others in the future.
