BEWARE OF ENVISAGEM - THEY ARE CROOKS!

I purchased TWO screen protectors based on what was shown in a video on their Facebook ad. What I received was ONE, not TWO screen protectors promised & NONE of the "tools" to install the single crappy screen protector. Plus there were no instructions included on how to install the screen protector.

I immediately wrote to their Customer Service expressing disappointment in the product they sent me instead of the product I purchased evidenced by photo's I included of their online advertisement & pics of what I received. They insulted me with their response:

"We are so sorry for your dissatisfaction. However, upon inspection by our warehouse, the items dispatched to you align with your original order. As a sign of goodwill, we would like to offer compensation of 2 US dollars. Will that be acceptable?"

I tried multiple times to let them know they defrauded me & the only solution acceptable to me was a full refund, or send me the product I purchased. Since they are unwilling to make this right, I'm doing everything I can to forewarn everyone not to do business with Envisagem, they are scammers & frauds & should not be allowed to advertise on any Social platform.

Bought a screen protector for my Samsung S22 ultra.
Didn't look anything like the picture and was missing the pull tab to put on the screen. It never arrived from the US, but from China. When attempted to put screen on, it cracked.
Waste of time and money.

Placed an order well over a month ago and still haven't received my order,. I decided to go with this company because of the reviews and quick delivery service.
Possibly paid reviews????
Also you can't email them through the website even though they have a contact us button.
I would say stay well clear but if I do receive my purchase I will amend my review

Does not work as advertised. The ad I saw and fell for shows how you peel back a plastic piece that cleans your phone of dust and then the screen protector goes right on. It's a very basic screen protector that you have to apply the old fashioned way. Very disappointing.

What a disaster. You will receive nothing that is advertised on Facebook. Very misleading. Offered to pay me $2 as compensation. I just feel horrible being subjected to what amounted to a scam.

I can't believe I got scammed by this crowd, claiming to sell Magic John Screen Protectors and they are sending complete rubbish ones that are just a few dollars on Ali Express, they don't come with the tool either, very obvious scam and really disgraceful behaviour. I eventually fell for one, it had to happen. Unfortunately they have no intention of making good the transaction so I'll attempt a Paypal refund and see how I go.

They stated in their ad that you will receive two screen protectors and a installation kit as well as being a sale price, what I received was one screen protector that has black border's at all edges , one single protector, no kit and it was loose in a box that would be large enough to contain what I ordered, when I contacted customer support they claimed that one is all I would receive and that was correct, so the product is misrepresented to the maximum. Be very cautious of this company or better yet avoid using them at all

Envisagem claims they delivered my product with no proof. They told me to claim against their shipper. I didn’t pay their shipper. They asked me to make several inquiries and I did. Do not purchase super slow delivery and no product. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

Poor quality product. They use Magic John's video to reel you in. He has his own website which I found out after. I got my package yesterday and there was no instructions, no cleaning wipes like it shows on their site. When I removed the required cover it pulled off the very thin sticky tape that they are using to hold the cover to your phone. This sticky tape stretched and because I had no screen protector I am forced to use it until the new one I just ordered comes in. Oh and the cover broke already when I installed my Otterbox cover. I fell for this company because of the magic John video and failed to do more research but that is on me. Don't fall for this inferior product. Do your research, and be wise with your money.

What a scam received a chinsy screen cover and nothing else sure wasn't what was in the video stay clear of this Chinese scam !!!

I ordered one of the screen protectors sold by Envisagem for my Google Pixel 8 Pro. Contrary to their pervasive ads across Facebook, the screen protectors absolutely suck. The "screen protector" come in a box by itself. No guide/cage, no cleaning solution, no magic coating you peel off to pull off the dust, no instructions, NOTHING. Just the screen protector in a foam sleeve.

For 3 weeks they sent me fake shipping updates from a website called "tracking-hub dot com" indicating that the package had shipped from Italy on 06-15-2024. This tracking hub site is apparently also part of the scam. When the package arrived, the sending address is in Los Angeles CA, and the package was sent via USPS Ground Advantage on 07-03-2024. So the fake tracking site is how they try to justify the high shipping cost.

I put the screen protector on (eyeballing it cuz they didn't send ANYTHING with it to help), and though the fit is good, my on-screen fingerprint reader stopped working. I have 1 huge bubble in one bottom left corner and the opposite side still won't adhere completely. Within a few hours the corner with the bubble shattered (I kept it in my pocket without anything else in there).

I contacted Envisagem saying: "Hi, I put the protector on my phone... It doesn't want to stick, there is a huge bubble in the lower left of the screen that won't go away and the upper edge won't stick down. Additionally, the screen protector has already cracked (within hours of putting it on). This screen protector also makes it impossible for my on-screen fingerprint reader to work. This product is almost the worst screen protector I've ever used. I would like a full refund."

Envisagem responded: "We're so sorry for the inconvenience. If you return the product, the shipping fee may be expensive to you. So, how about we refund you 1 USD as compensation? Hope you can accept the goods and accept compensation. Thanks."

I told them: "No, absolutely not, you will give me a full refund and I'll throw the broken piece of crap you sent me in the trash. Since ordering the screen from you I've done research on your company. Your website and the fake shipping tracker website are known for scamming people with crap products and fake foreign shipping so you can jack the shipping prices up. Refund me the full amount or I'll have my credit card company reverse the charges."

They responded: "In response to your concerns, our return address is: 205, Building A1, Bada Industrial Zone, Yongfu Road, Fuhai Street, Baoan District, Shenzhen 518100 We guarantee the full reimbursement if you provide the following valid details of your returned parcel: 1. Tracking Number (via screenshot or photo) 2. A picture of your returned package displaying our warehouse address 3. Ensure the item is securely packaged to maintain usability upon its arrival at our warehouse; otherwise, an amount may be deducted from your refund to cover any resulting damage. Kindly note that you will be subject to the shipping expenses in returning the order to us. But, if later you feel that the shipping charge is too high, and not worth it, compensation can still be made. Yours Sincerely, Customer Service Team"

I've filed a dispute with my CC company for the full amount.

Straight scam! Beware. Ordered and received a regular plastic screen cover. Nothing like the screen protector that was advertised in the video. Shame on me though smh

DO NOT TRUST ENVISAGEM! They had an ad on Facebook that stated you would receive two phone covers for the price of one. I clicked the ad, chose my phone model Galaxy S22 Ultra, and paid the money. I only received ONE phone cover instead of the two, and after contacting them about it with multiple attempts, they simply refused to send me what I paid for, taking me in circles saying "they've offered their best solution", which was a $1USD refund. Absolutely terrible business practice. Also the phone cover does not seem to be near as good quality as in the ad. Basically an entire scam company selling cheap stuff and not fulfilling promises. Do not give your money to them, they are not trustworthy.

Terrible experience, check before buying, site is marked as scam. I have bought it to enjoy the easy set up of the screen protector, instead and after 3 weeks, it arrived on the screen without anything, not even cleaning tools. Such a disappointment

Claimed they were having a two for one special, but only received one. There was absolutely no privacy feature on it nor was there any type of frame or dust removal tool as they advertised. It took almost 3 weeks to ship and on top of that it still does not go on properly or correctly, complete junk save your money

This company overcharged my order. They advertised $10 for screen protector. But they ended up charging almost $30 on my card. I'm still trying to resolve it with my credit card company.

I ordered two screen protectors (for pixel 7 and 7PRO) and that is all that came. No installation frame, No dust removal tool, No swab. I managed to install one of them, it made my screen darker but the privacy function works (can't see what's on the screen when looking from the side). The other one broke during shipping.

Ja, ganz normale Abzocke. Habe super iPhone Screen Protectoren bestellt die nahezu unzerbrechlich, staubfrei zu installieren und garantiert blasenfrei sind. Bekommen habe ich den billigsten Schrott ever - ohne einfache Ein-Finger Installation, garantiert mit Blasen und bei geringster Biegung zerberstet das Zeug. Bei Reklamation entweder geringe Entschädigung oder Rückversand nach China auf eigene Kosten…

They send me total junk. In social media they show totally different product than they sent me. Their cuatomer service dont even reply to messages. Strongly recomment to AVOID that shop.

Leider totale Abzocke. Lieferung stimmt in keinster Weise mit Abbild oder Beschreibung überein. Schade
