New build

This is the 1st time I have used Enviropass for supporting documents for a planning application for a new house. They provided a Flood Risk Assessment and a Noise Impact Assessment. Both were delivered on time and with a reasonable fee. I am planning on using them again on my next project.

Great experience and would highly recommend the use of their services for planning approval environmental surveys on existing and new development sites. Very responsive and prompt reporting turnaround.

Excellent Work From a Well Versed Team

The team at Enviropass produced a daylight and sunlight report for me, the results are perfect and precisely the outcome required to support my planning application.
Enviropass were impeccable on communication, produced the report in record time and are competitively priced.
All requirements stipulated from my side were clearly considered and implemented into the final report.
I very highly recommend this team and I will certainly be in touch with Enviropass on the next planning related report which I require.

If only all companies were like this.....

We contacted EnvirpoPass to help us with a major development of retail units and residential properties, specifically their services for a Landscape Visual Impact Assessment.

From our initial contact right through to their report being issued to us, they were extremely helpful, professional and efficient.

In addition to this, we were working to strict timescales and EnviroPass did not let us down at all. In fact, they delivered their report to us earlier than expected, which was even more helpful.

We cannot speak highly enough of the service that they provided to us and we would have no hesitation in recommending EnviroPass to anyone in need of their services.
