EnviroBuild Recenzje

Excellent driver
Very friendly and helpful. Thank you

Great selection of products at competitive price and the fencing, decking, panels are robust

James was Lovely, a real pleasure to talk with. He helped move our delivery to where it needed to be, took the packaging back with him as well as the pallet. Quick simple service with a smile. Thank you!

From quote to delivery I experienced a first class service.
The solid decking boards are made to last and all required materials were calculated for me for a given area.
I would particularly like to thank James for his help unloading and for his care in handling the materials that were delivered in perfect condition.
I would definitely recommend this company.

Love the decking. From ordering to delivery everything was as promised. Special thank you to James for his help delivering ‘over the fence’.

Michael was helpful with unloading the goods helping check for any damage to the products. First class.

The delivery driver (James) rang on the morning of the delivery to let us know what time he would arrive. Arrived on time. Very helpful and friendly. Unloaded most of the items for us. A great representative of the company.

James was really helpful and friendly and helped me unload the delivery, which was a relief. Very efficient delivery and commuication.

The driver was polite and friendly

The team were great on the phone. James the delivery driver was amazing.

Michal was absolutely brilliant! He was friendly, polite, professional, and made the delivery experience really easy. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about providing great service. Thank you, Michal, for the excellent delivery — much appreciated! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Our delivery driver, Kirsty was very helpful
She kept us updated through the delivery process and changed things around to suit my requirements. I am grateful for this.
We have used Envirobuild several times as we love using the products.
I find that the delivery charges are expensive, if Envirobuild found a solution to the delivery process or found a company that would stock their products locally then this would allow me to sell more of these jobs as it would be easier to source.

Another good company who is trustworthy .happy customer

It was easy to order the samples, no hustle at all. All prices and product options are listed on the home page that is convenient to use. Sales rep answered all questions we had. Lead times were provided and only moved by a week from what the original estimate was.
Delivery was done by company’s own driver who was polite, on time & professional which is something 3rd party logistics companies often lack. All items were delivered as scheduled. All and all-very positive experience.

Service was exceptional from every member of the team. Hannah who took the order and Rhiannon in Operations who were professional, efficient and helpful. Michael, delivered the composite decking and he was so helpful. He kept us updated on arrival timing, helped unload and take the delivery in.

Driver here when he said he would be
Goods look good and had already replaced 1 item as saw it was damaged before delivery
Driver friendly, helpful with unloading
Excellent service

Turn around time was brilliant from order.
Only problem I had was two had gone missing in transit. but not a problem phoned told company 2 was missing and they was straight on it to replace missing.
As for the product perfect definitely going to use this company again

Thank you Michael for going above and beyond to today’s delivery. Couldn’t have been more polite and helpful. 5 star service

We have been using Envirobuild for the last 8-9 years, the main reason for this has been the products are well made and have all the finishing details to ensure I can provide to my customers a professionally finished composite decking. On top of this the customer service is very good from Justyna and the sales team down to their new delivery service, James the delivery driver delivered our products and helped us get them in. A big thanks to James. I would recommend them highly.

Many thanks
