Great job
Great job. Matt cleaned several rugs a small carpet and stair runner. Also cleaned and conditioned our leather corner suite. His communication beforehand was great. Very polite and considerate of our property.
Not all the marks came off our sofa unfortunately but this was explained at the time we booked. Carpets and rugs were great and with two big dogs they certainly did need a good clean.
Would recommend and will be using again

The service was great. Owen communicated when he was free and informed us when he was coming with a reminder. He was very friendly and the carpet he cleaned looks like new. I would highly recommend Enviro Clean. Good price too for the excellent job they did.

Carpets cleaned in 4 rooms.
I had carpets cleaned in 4 rooms yesterday. 2 of the rooms had never been cleaned since they were fitted 18 years ago. The results were amazing and Darren who did them was very nice and professional. The cost was within a price that I could afford as a person on a pension.

I would normally have given 5 stars as…
I would normally have given 5 stars as the initial carpet clean looked good and I was impressed at first. However, when I arrived home later the same day, there were soap bubbles coming up in one patch of the carpet when brushed, which clearly suggests excess detergent was left behind.
I messaged the carpet cleaner straight away. I was told this was “normal” and that I would be charged £75 for him to come back. I wasn’t asking for extra cleaning — only a plain rinse to remove the residue, as it was clear a strong chemical had been used in that area.
Unfortunately, I wasn’t happy with how this was handled. Being told bubbles are normal and then being asked to pay for a correction on the same day doesn’t feel right. Disappointed with the staff response, as this could have been resolved easily.

Called earlier than arranged to say they could come at 2pm instead of 3pm which worked out great for me.
Turned up on time explained the process & got straight to work.
Excellent attitude, very friendly & professional manner.
My carpet looked like new when finished & I was given further advice on what not to use & how to take care of my carpet between cleaning.
Thank you Enviroclean, I have already recommended your services to someone.👍
