Exceptional service and final finish
Good clear communication from the
start. This included the booking, confirmation and a call a couple of days before.
Tim from Enviro Clean Nottingham, arrived on time, was very pleasant and respectful of our property. He explained exactly what he would be doing and then got stuck in. He has done an exceptional job on all our house carpets (3 bedrooms, stairs and landing) and 2 x sofas.
I highly recommended him and rate him 5/5.

A very professional team at "Enviro Clean". Very reasonable prices too. Their carpet cleaner Tim Hodgson gave really good advice on the types of fabric that both my carpets were made of and the drying times .
Tim is based at Ruddington - and I would highly recommend his services.

I had Peter come and clean my lounge
I had Peter come and clean my lounge, 1 bedroom, landing, stairs and a very grubby hallway inside the front door when he had finished the carpets looked brand new again, even the hallway which I thought would never clean up as well as it did. Peter was very friendly and is an absolute credit to the company. I would recommend him 100% and give him a 5 ***** rating, pleasure to do business.

I recently had my carpet professionally cleaned, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. From start to finish, the service was exceptional and truly exceeded my expectations.
The results were outstanding — my carpet looks fresh, spotless, and almost like new again. It’s clear that great care and attention to detail went into the work.
I would also like to especially highlight the person who carried out the cleaning. They were incredibly polite, friendly, and professional throughout the visit. Their positive attitude and respect for my home made the whole experience even better.

Nice guy turned up on time, explained everything and got on with the job, less than 2 hours later the work was done and our stairs look great. They were fully dry 4-5 hours later, no nasty chemical smells either. Would definitely recommend.

My furniture came up really clean so much better than expected as it's nearly 15 yrs old.
