I had to wait a long time to book in an online consultancy which really wasn't worth the time. Most places just do a questionnaire that you complete when you order which is far quicker. Evigmore make you book in for an appointment which gives the impression that they are taking more care but the reality is that it's a 2 minute conversation just taking you through the standard questions that all other providers just ask you to fill in online.
It just delayed sending out the medication. It was fine but unnecessary.

Very slow with processing
Disappointing - I wouldn’t recommend Envigore. I found the details on Monj.co.uk but found them slow with process my order. This was an issue because Envigore took the £215 payment straight away and then informed me I’d need a 30 minute assessment (not mentioned on the website). They would’ve scheduled this for a week later, yet they’d already confirmed my eligible evidence was approved. If I’d waited the week for the appointment, it would then need to go forward for a final approval. This meant they’d have held my payment for 11 days before it was even dispatched to me. This was unacceptable to hold my funds for 10 days before a 30 min assessment takes place. The wait time would’ve further be delayed as the prescription would need to wait for final approval - meaning nearly a 2 week turn around since placing my order - unacceptable.
I’ve switched and used multiple providers and have never received such disappointing service - not even an apology for their delay!
I understand they probably had a backlog over the bank holiday weekend but they should’ve put this on their website. Though I suspect they wanted to hide this so orders would still flow in!
I explained I’d been taking GLP since June 2025 so I don’t know why they thought it necessary for me to still have a full 30 minute assessment. What did they think they could tell me that was different from any other provider.
This is just another company seeking to profit from obesity sufferers.
Of course due diligence is necessary but so is customer care in communicating.

As part of our prescribing and patient safety protocols, additional clinical assessments may sometimes be required before treatment can be approved. We appreciate that this may have felt frustrating, particularly given the turnaround time involved.
We would also like to clarify that your order was placed on the 4th, your request for an update was received outside of business hours on the 5th, and our team responded the following day, where your refund was promptly confirmed and processed.
