Most items in stock and ship accurately and quickly. Follow up regarding back ordered items is a little difficult to achieve, as well as "firm" date commitments. Sometimes you are allowed to place items in cart and purchase without the items being available and the only way to confirm availability is through the chat feature as telephone wait times are typically lengthy.

DO NOT ORDER FROM ENVELOPES.COM. We ordered 5.75-inch square envelopes; they shipped us envelopes labeled correctly but measuring 5.5-inches, making them completely unusable. When we reached out to customer service, we were told to wait 48-72 hours just for them to begin their process, only to be subjected to multiple review levels and demands for photos. After all that wasted time, they still refused a refund for their clear error, even though we covered the return shipping! This company makes critical mistakes, provides zero effective support, and will not refund you for their errors. AVOID ENVELOPES.COM at all costs!

They promised that if I ordered by…
They promised that if I ordered by Friday I would have my order by Monday or Tuesday. Now I get a tracking number with the order arriving next Saturday. Completely unacceptable. I even talked to them 2x before placing my order. When I call they wouldn't help and told me I can return for a refund but I have to pay for shipping. Ridiculous! Order 2 months ahead, or better yet, try somewhere else.
