I recently completed the Introduction to Regulatory Affairs course, and I highly recommend it for anyone interested in developing their knowledge of regulatory affairs and increasing their chances of employment.

Coming from a scientific background and looking to move into regulatory affairs, I found the course particularly helpful because it gave me exposure to areas that are difficult to understand from textbooks or job descriptions alone. We covered everything from EU, UK and US regulatory frameworks to CTAs, MAAs, CTD documentation, variations, INDs, lifecycle management, pharmacovigilance and medical devices.

The practical projects were probably the most valuable part for me. I had the opportunity to work through mock regulatory activities such as classifying EU variations, preparing Module 1 documentation, contributing to CMC sections for an IND and carrying out regulatory intelligence research. Having something practical to discuss in interviews and applications has been useful when trying to demonstrate that I understand how regulatory work is actually performed. Additionally, the online resources and guidance that come with this course are worth it.

This course has definitely helped me develop a stronger foundation of RA and a much better understanding of what employers are looking for.

I have had many years of experience in the regulatory space mainly in labelling. I needed to unskill and get experience in other areas. Advance Regulatory Consulting did just that for me. I found Advanced Regulatory Consulting (ARC) at a pivotal stage in my career, when I was looking to bridge my clinical expertise with regulatory knowledge. The course is genuinely resourceful — the lectures are excellent and the case studies make everything absorbable rather than abstract. You get hands-on experience with submissions, and we also had a bonus simulation on stakeholder management, which was a great addition.

Compared to other theory-heavy courses out there, it's very good value for money.
