Although we have not yet used the product it appears to be alright and we will tell you more when we have more to tell you. Delivery was reasonably quick.

So easy to order, website simple to use. Delivery was good.

The product is nothing like the photo on the site and the material used to make it is very poor quality and broke when I tried to attach the flower.
I have emailed them and they responded back within 24 hours offering to send a replacement. Due to the quality of the product I have declined and asked for a full refund. I am waiting for their response.

Seller should show the purchase at its real size its displayed on a bench and is much bigger than one sent.
I brought it for my friend fortunately she still liked it.
This should be looked into by sellers to show real size.

Brought the robins, very disappointed only about foot high very dull colouring and not 3d like the advert shows, they are advertising something that is totally different from what you get , don't buy from here, they are a scam

Unfortunately this was not as nice as the picture the colour of the robins is not good, perhaps I was unlucky with this one .

Avoid this is in China it doesn’t not tell you that when you order.Took 5 weeks to arrive I would have been better off ordering direct using temu myself.They make it sound like they are in the UK

Slow delivery.picture showed the item was bigger than it was .I didn't check the size but ended up the size of a coffee mug so please check

The ad to sell this item was so much bigger than this! I don't think this toaty wee thing is worth £14.99!!

I ordered a Highland Cow with lantern. In the video presentation it look like the Highland Cow was the same height from ground to his knees. When it arrived it was less than 6 inches. So I'm sure that is FALSE advertising. Was going to order lots of other Highland Cow ornaments from them but not now I won't be doing any more purchases from these fraudsters. I also kept wondering why all updates were arriving in my JUNK mail box. They have well & truly burnt their bridges with me

I was disappointed at the quality of the copper bell garden ornament which was flimsy & poorly made & came with no instructions asto how to assemble. I ended up having to use superglue as the fittings were not strong enough & would not adequately support the metal posts.

Took longer to arrive but the company responded to my email and helped with delivery

The communication for delivery was ok but very limited information. The product on arrival was not quite like the picture of the product.

The item was a lot smaller than advertised. I am accepting that because it fits nicely on my outside table

Lovely item well made

Don’t trust this company! First of all they took more money out of my bank account without my authority! They keep saying refund is being processed wait 2 to 3 business days, but still not had a refund after 10 days despite emailing them about it.
The copper Lillie’s are small and flimsy, one bell is not straight and one bolt has snapped in half. They offered compensation of £5 and the same story - it’s being processed!
