Je tiens à remercier vivement le professionnalisme et la bonne humeur de Yann et Paul de Enterprise Yul.J'avais réservé du Mexique une voiture le 13 mars et j'ai pu avoir un service 5 étoiles.Merci à Yann de m'avoir expliqué les différents commodités de la voiture.La voiture était très propre et répandait aux besoins que j'avais demandé.Merci pour votre humanité. Yann,lors de la réservation était très aimable dans ses explications son sourire.Il ne voyait pas en moi juste une carte de crédit qu'il allait encaisser mais plus qu'un client ,un humain.Malheureusement ce sentiment qui a tendance à disparaitre avec la qualité du service.

Easy to rent the car in their website. The staff in Calgary was very professional and very friendly. Easy to return the car in Vancouver, many signs to the parking lot. Perfect and fast car reception.

I paid them $800 for them to make me a business plan and after that they stopped answering phone calls. I believe Glenn is behind all of this and he acts like he has many employees working for him when its really him behind his "assistants" emails... oh also the business is closed so that is some sort of validation that this is indeed a scam. I had a gut feeling too should of listened to it.

I am writing about the Kent Road location in Newmarket. Jeffery is always very polite and courteous, when he is there. My last three rentals no one has been at the location when I went to return the vehicle. Today my rental was due back at 11:30 am. There was no one there. The sign on the window by the door indicated that Jeffery would return by 11:30. I waited until 11:50. The friend who was going to give me a ride home had to leave, I was very uncomfortable with leaving the rental on an unattended lot, as any possible damage would be my responsibility. Also, while waiting, I attempted twice to contact the emergency number shown on the sign in the window and only got voicemail. So, I brought the vehicle home and tried to contact Enterprise’s head office in Toronto. When I called there, a recording told me there was no one available to take my call. So much for customer service.

I guess it should be noted that this location is short staffed. Prior to Covid there were usually three employees here. Now there is only one. It would take a Super Human to live up to Enterprises’s promise to pick up their clients and still operate the front desk at the same time. This situation is aggravating, but not the fault of the employee.

After paying and submitting my application for a business grant i can't get a hold of anyone. Calls go unanswered, voicemails go without a follow-up and still nothing. I am beginning to wonder the legitimacy of this organization.

MY wife and I landed at the YWG airport about 11:15 AM, Oct. 28, 2023. Mandeep was warm and courteous in her approach, and was kind to offer 30 min. grace period for the return next day.

Bon was kind to help us with our baggage, by reaching out voluntarily.

Employees like Mandeep and Bon make a difference, and stand out as customer friendly professionals.

Their program is good for new business people and entrepreneurs that look for extra assistance to complete funding task or make a business plan. I am very satisfied with the quality of the work and results.

A good feeling came across me when I initially spoke with John. He was knowledgeable about my practice so I decided to jump into their program. They move quick... and I mean quick. I never had to wait longer than an hour to get a response from them and they took their time to help me in great detail. We completed my business plan in under two weeks (11 days to be exact) with Vivian's help. She checked in often to make sure things were moving smoothly. (I really appreciated that) It has been a wonderful experience and I'm happy to report this has been a great value.
