I love (previously) Amsterdam…
I love (previously) Amsterdam "ensemble" but this order was messed up in a couple of ways.
The ensemble embroidery is misaligned on both the easy and crew, making the clothes look rather sweatshoppy. The shorts dark green was shipped in XL europe (L-US) rather than L-eu. I made sure to check my last order but it was L-EU. The "leave it better" material felt like cardboard.
I will order again from the website as they do have some of the best materials and designs. I will be sure to add notes and remove embroidery options.

Vorsicht ist geboten
Ich hatte zwei Pullis bestellt & per Paypal gezahlt. Angeben Lieferzeit waren 5 Tage. Nach vier Tagen erhielt ich eine email, dass bei der Produktion ein Drucker zum erliegen gekommen war und sich meine Lieferung verzögern würde. Kann mal passieren, verstehe ich. Meine Lieferung sollte um zwei bis drei Werktage verzögern. Als danach nichts passiert war, schrieb ich eine weiter email. Meine Produkte würden bald an den Versand übergeben werden. Ein paar Tage später kam dann die Versand email. Die Produkte wurden ohne Rechnung im Karton versendet. Die Pullis sind qualitativ gut, einer der Pullis, der mit einem Polyester Anteil fusselt allerdings stark. Was noch anzumerken ist, ist dass die Kleidung in Bangladesch produziert wird. Was auf die ganzen Nachhaltigkeitsversprechen zugeben ist kann ich nicht beurteilen. Ich hoffe mein Versandvorgang eine Ausnahme ist. Der Kundenservice antworte immer nach circa 2-3 Tagen. Mit den Produkten bin ich zufrieden, der Service und Versand scheint mir ausbaufähig.

Great value for money
Just received my Crew sweater and i'm very surprised about the quality/price ratio. Really good value for money! Would def recommend and i will be back later to purchase some more, Thanks!

Beaucoup de temps pour recevoir une commande au top
La commande a mis beaucoup de temps à arriver au complet à cause de soucis d'approvisionnement (1 mois environ pour le dernier élément), l'équipe ne m'a prévenu que lorsque j'ai pris des nouvelles de la commande. Cependant le service client est assez exceptionnel, ils répondent très vite, même les jours non ouvrés et sont res efficaces !
Les vêtements sont qualitatifs et conforme aux attentes.

Goed product, geweldig verpakt
Bestelde trui zit goed, levertijd langer dan aangegeven maar na contact met klantenservice werd alles helder uitgelegd.
Helaas geen track en trace kunnen ontvangen maar door de milieuvriendelijke manier van inpakken paste het gewoon door de brievenbus.
Daarom grote complimenten voor de keuze van de verpakking, veel te vaak kom je tegenwoordig dozen tegen die te groot zijn voor de inhoud, erg zonde.

Bedankt voor je review. Nogmaals onze excuses voor de iets langere levertijd, soms lopen dingen nou eenmaal niet zoals gepland (je kent het vast wel). Bedankt voor je begrip daarvoor.
Wel gek dat we je geen track and trace hebt ontvangen, ik ga kijken hoe dat kan om het zo de volgende keer te voorkomen. Thanks in ieder geval voor je bestelling en leuk om te horen dat de trui goed zit.

Ik woon inmiddels in m’n Ensemble sweater
Hele fijne crew sweater bij Ensemble gekocht. Goede kwaliteit (duurzaam!) en van binnen lekker zacht. Pasvorm zit ook goed (unisex maat S voor maat 38). Woon er inmiddels in, zo vaak heb ik ‘m aan. Geen minpunten eigenlijk!
