Kære alle TELENOR kunder, jeg er også kunde hos dem og jeg stod som jer og tænkte hvad er Enor og hvorfor har de trukket penge også skyndte mig og undersøge sagen, det er Telenor som laver fejl, de trækker penge med navnet ENOR, det har intet med dette firma aka ENOR Home og gøre, God vind til Enor Home også håber man at TELENOR retter fejlen 🙄😁

Meget forvirrende at der står "enor" på ens kontoudtog, men det er bare Telenor som har trukket pengene fra din konto - den her anmeldelse er til dig som oplever det samme, rolig- det er bare telenor...

Jeg er Telenor kunde, og Danske Bank og/eller Telenor har dummet sig/været ligeglade med, hvad de skriver i teksten om, hvem der trækker penge.
Der står Enor, som efter hvad jeg kan læse mig til i anmeldelserne, desværre ofte bliver beskyldt for at være et møg firma, uden grund.
Derfor 5 stjerner!
Jeg vil selvfølgelig kontakte både Danske Bank og Telenor senere i dag og klage over fejlen...

Ja det er Telenor der laver en fejl har lige oplevet det samme så go vind enor mvh kurt

De trækker penge uden at have købt noget igennem dem.
Det er 100% svindel.

Jeg troede Enor home havde trukket penge fra min konto, men det viste sig blot at være telenor. Enor var i mødekommende og hjælpsommelige og forståeligt godt trætte af problemet. Tusind tak for en god service Enor!

Robbers, they should be locked up!
I have spent £575.00 on tables and chairs with Enor home which have never been delivered since ordering in November. Mette’s response was that they are in financial difficulty and cannot honour the order. This is ridiculous- if you have the items in stock then SEND THEM. If the items do not exist, this is THEFT.

Absolutely disgraceful.

Unsere Bestellung ist nach rund 2 Monaten noch immer nicht eingetroffen. Auf E-Mails wird nicht geantwortet (bisher 3 Stück). Bei Anrufen geht niemand dran, von der Mailbox ruft niemand zurück. Auch nicht wenn alles in Englisch geschrieben/ gesprochen ist. Warum wird man komplett irgnoriert, obwohl viel vorausbezahlt wurde?

Attention attention! Please don't buy, they are in financial difficulties, will make you pay and won't deliver.

Avoid if you’re buying from the UK. Ordered in 2022 and still facing the consequences.

Mette picks and chooses which emails they respond to.

They have cost me nearly £200 in customs fees as the directions they gave me to return the item was incorrect.
They told me to address the return to a named individual at their warehouse, so customs assumed this was not a returned item to a business. Therefore customs charged me £200 fees which years later I am still trying to resolve with the Danish government.
Mette’s fault. Tries to be helpful but eventually begins ignoring emails. Simple basic details that a business with international dealings should know about. Waste of time, money and energy. Unfortunately this review will remain in place as this is the reality of my experience.

I am not sure what Mette means that they have responded to all my emails. My post above was due to the fact they have since stopped responding to me, as I have emailed twice and not heard anything back, which Mette has previously done before. Ignore their response to this review. It also doesn’t change the fact that due to their error, they have cost me £200 (THE MAIN POINT OF THIS REVIEW!). Mette should contacted customs in Denmark themselves but it was all left for me to resolve, Mette wanted nothing to do with it.

I ordered a table last year and dining chairs this year and they are fantastic. The quality of the products and customer service is second to none. However, it is true that they should improve the logistics for delivery as on the website it says the items will be delivered between 5 to 10 working days but it takes longer. I do appreciate that now it may be more complicated because of Brexit though and it would be acceptable as long as one is made aware of realistic timescales before purchasing. Other than that, they do have amazing furniture and Mette communicates well throughout.

I ordered 3 barstools on 15 November. Mid-December, they had still not arrived and Mette was very helpful in tracking and realising that the items had been returned to them as they'd become faulty in transit. Mid-January, the items arrive but only 2 barstools out of the 3 have arrived. I've emailed so many times, tried using their chat function on Messenger - it always says "we aren't available" and tried calling but no one ever answers. I'm £162 down and one barstool missing, and £26 down on the delivery for the extra item.

I'm now having to make a credit card claim.

Beware of this company.

Continues to ignore emails instead of helping customers out.
Ordered 8 weeks ago & still no sign of the chairs.
Paid an absolute fortune for delivery & it’s still travelling round Denmark with no update from enor home.
Please do not waste your money here.

Mette Kristensen is very responsive and quick to answer mails og phone calls, all with a personal touch. So I felt well taken care off. The products received were well packed and received in perfect order.
I warmly recommend to do business with her.

Je suis tombé sur ce site en recherchant un modèle de table bien précis .
Premier point le prix était légèrement plus intéressant que les deux autres sites où j’avais vu la table (Roweco).
Deuxièmement le support client est juste au top - j’ai pu poser beaucoup de questions concernant la table avant de passer commande et ensuite la table a été livrée à la date prévue sans aucun problème.
Je recommande ce site.

Returned some chairs, they refuse to refund the money since their warehouse is to incompetent to track packages, going to seek legal counsel. Never buy at this store.

I was quite interested in the solid wood furniture and so I bought a beautiful bedside table and sideboard made from mango wood to be placed in the bedroom. I am delighted with purchase and the service offered.
My order arrived very quickly and the contents of the parcel were well protected. The staff at Enorhome are very friendly and responded to my emails promptly.
