I have been on the Enhance.MD program for a few months now, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The team is incredibly supportive, providing personalized guidance tailored to my needs. The semaglutide is helping me control my appetite and lose weight steadily. I also appreciate the fitness and nutrition coaching that comes with the program. Good communication and faster shipment than my last Semaglutide provider. I actually received the drug and syringes several days earlier than I was originally quoted. So that was a pleasant surprise. The medication and syringes also came with easy to understand directions and, anytime I asked a question, my emails are answered in a timely manner. My only minor complaint is that my doctor canceled my first appointment because of an illness (which is understandable). So I had to wait several extra days before I could talk to her and that delayed my prescription from being authorized. Not a huge deal but It would be nice if they had a backup doctor in situations like this. Otherwise I have no complaints.

P.S. I should also add that the drug seems to be working well and it is just as good (if not better than) the old one I was on thru their competitor.

So let’s talk about Enhance.md!!! I am having the most HORRIBLE experience with them. First order was placed 4 weeks ago. The told me the original shipment would take 5-10 days, understandable since it was my first. After day 12 I reached out. They told me to give it a few days. Day 15 I reached out again because there is still NO tracking information. A rep (Vincent)then tells me there was a problem with my order and it got stuck processing! So he’s going to “expedite” the order and that takes an additional 3-5 days. Thank God for Vincent because out of the 3 reps I spoke to he was the only one that actually did something. 6 days later and nothing!!! So today I scheduled an appointment with my NP, I’m sitting on line waiting for her to join. Only to realize they canceled the appointment because a follow up can only be done after you’ve been on the medication. Another call to customer service and Michael tells me it’s going to be fixed and he will reach out to me within the hour with a resolution. 17 hours later… crickets! Not a damn word. Michael lied to me and played in my face. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company. I’m going back to joinmochi. It was a little more expensive but worth it in the long run. I guess you get what you pay for. I am LIVID with enhance.md!
Update: spoke to another rep and he assured me that my order will be here by tomorrow today, even though NOBODY has a tracking number!😩 Maybe I should give them 5 stars because I’m sure I lost some weight stressing and arguing about my hard earned money that’s lost with my medication. It’s gonna take a lot to repair this trust because baaaby I’m a NOT a believer. Order at your own risk! If enhance.md reads this review please know, I have been in customer service for over 30 years and management level for 20. Vincent is the best thing about this company. Give him a promotion. Michael will lie to get you off the phone. My experience. Maybe I need to come work part time so I can show your company how it’s done.

Extremely delayed in getting medication. They did not reach out to tell me there was an issue so I've had to follow up almost daily. I've paid for a full month and am about to pay for an additional month, and still no medication. I asked about getting money back because there was "a system error" (the reason I'm so delayed) and was denied. I'm not even confident my medication will come - I received tracking but it has not shipped. It seems as though they are purposely delaying as much as possible so they can pocket more money.
I hope other folks have a better experience.

When I have a question or issue with my treatment they support me quickly and completely. I feel that the staff is concerned and caring.

Enhance MD has been great, The process of my journey has been pretty smooth. Everyone from enhance is very hands on and helpful. I'm so happy to have chose enhance md for this. They're great!

Most importantly, Enhance's customer service has been stellar! Always have competent, knowledgeable staff answering my questions, and the Nurse Prac. Kate Cordisco has been excellent with her guidance on my medical weight loss journey.
I signed with them bc they used a 503B compounding pharm for sema - that's extremely important to me.
Sadly, that pharm stopped making the vial I initially received (and had had great initial results with [8lbs lost in 4 wks]), so my 2nd delivery was from a 503A pharm I'd read bad things about.
I let Enhance know I didn't trust that provider and they made arrangements for me to get future deliveries from a diff 503B-- despite a $ loss on their side.
That was beyond!
Idk what'll happen with future deliveries or whether they'll be able to provide 503B access for the advertised prices, but for now I'm happy to have legit sema at a reasonable cost along with competent, caring folks behind me.
I believe they must be newer at having a site and are taking on many clients quickly, bc I have found inconsistencies. Namely, I didnt initially get info on how, exactly, to do my injections, nor how to even get the cap off the vial (it was different than others I'd seen online). Luckily, reddit helped, but it was scary to not have 'official' instructions from them or even included with the vial from the pharm.
Three weeks after I started they sent an email with that info... a bit late, lol, tho it still didn't show correct data for the vial cap. (I did tell them, so hopefully that will be fixed for future folks.)
Also weird is that their customer service hours are listed as 8a-8p M-F (outside the logged-in acct), and 7a-7p daily (once inside my acct) and I'm not sure which is correct. At first, I was getting replies on the wknd, then another time I wasn't.
Also, there aren't many reviews for them because searching for "enhance.md" leads to their actual site not to a 'place' on Google [Maps], plus there are a bunch of other places called "Enhance", including a derm/skin doctor called "EnhanceMD", so you have to already know that they have the "." before "MD", and are in Encinitas, California, and don't really have a big online presence (like the other "EnhanceMD").
Not sure how they'll resolve those things, but I'm glad to be working with them rn and have had a positive experience thus far (7 weeks/10lbs).

I have had such a great experience so far. Everyone is very helpful and quick to respond to my emails. I look forward to the journey ahead. I highly recommend this company!

Making great strides, Ive almost reached my target weightloss goal

So far this has been an overall positive professional experience. I was skeptical since I wasn’t able to find much on this prior to joining and was hesitant since it wasn’t the most known. But I just met with Kate who was extremely knowledgeable and gave great information pertaining to the medication, administration and lifestyle changes. I will be receiving my order soon and definitely cannot wait to be healthy!!!
