i found this company very customer orientated there was a small issue with delivery but was informed very swiftly. Then I did not get a presentation box but when I asked they sent 1 out straight away and received next

The best customer journey I’ve experienced in a long time. Would recommend this to anyone wanting to gift someone with something personal.

Brilliant gift idea - anybody can grab a bottle on the drive over to the event, but engraving a message or picture really demonstrates some extra thought. EngraveDrinks were willing to dedicate time to getting my order right, even though I needed a difficult design on an even more difficult shaped bottle - and it came out great. Watch out for more products becoming available all the time, I'm gonna be getting all kinds of tat engraved.

A very bad experience with delivery.
First of all why is there a next day delivery for £9.99 and a guaranteed next day delivery for £13.99.
Shouldn’t your next day be guaranteed anyway? Especially for £9.99.
I paid £13.99 for the ‘guarenteed’ Next day and placed the order before 4pm as told.
I did not receive my item next day, it was only shipped at 3pm the next day.
UPDATE
They emailed me back saying that an earlier corporate had purchased all of the stock I had ordered so they were not able to dispatch mine next day. They said it would be with me on 12/09/18. Was not here then. I have been to the Royal Mail and been told my them it’s not in their system. No idea what’s going on.
My order was a special gift for my dads 40th I am very unhappy.

I feel very let down by this company after they made mistakes on my order and are now trying to blame the item they engraved! It stated it would be engraved as in the preview - it was not engraved in the same place when it arrived. The font was not as clear as expected, and there were engraving scratches under the wording. It has taken them so long only to dismiss my complaint that I now have no time to arrange another such gift for my husband on our 40th anniversary 3 days from now. All they have offered me is a discount and free gift wrapping on my next (!) order! What an insult!

Brilliant service. Would highly recommend them. I had a problem emailed the Support team, they emailed back immediately, the problem was mine, and they solved it for me, so helpful. The engraving was exactly as I wanted it, my Son-in-law is going to be thrilled with his birthday present.

Ordered an engraved bottle of Gin on a Tuesday afternoon for the earliest possible delivery. (Turned out to be Saturday which was too late) Spoke to customer services who guaranteed they would send it for Friday. Outstanding and speedy service and the bottle turned up on Thursday less than 48hrs after purchase. Would recommend to anyone. Brilliant service and top quality gift.

I always think the mark of a good company is how they respond when things go wrong and you have exceeded my expectations. My order arrived damaged in transit, with apologies from Royal Mail all over it. A single email to your after sales team saw a no quibble replacement despatched next day, expedited to arrive in time for the 40th birthday to which it was destined. Thank you so much!

Great customer service all around. I had a slight issue with the engraving position and when I contacted the company they couldn’t have been more helpful, they went out of their way to help me put it right - as it was a gift for my wedding.

They have replaced the bottle and got it perfect. Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them. In this day and age it’s rare to get a company so helpful and caring of their customers! Great work.

Very happy with my purchase, my order came promptly and was in plenty of time for my son's 18th birthday. Would definitely recommend and use again in the future. Great communication too when I asked questions about my order.
