Engage Education Recenzje

Engage Education is one of the best agencies that I have worked with. The team is very good and always want to ensure i receive booking on time. Chris is very polite and respectful when ever he calls. He is very accommodating.

I been working at Engage Education for a year now and and since the beginning I've Parth has been extremely helpful and pleasant. Always working to find the best solutions and outcomes for you and your schedule and his continual communication made me feel comfortable and confident in my time working with Engaged.

I would like to take a moment to express my gratitude and appreciation for my supervisor, Chris Rushton, at Engage Education. Chris has consistently demonstrated exceptional professionalism and genuine care for my well-being and success in every assignment.

From the very start, Chris has always made sure I am fully prepared for each shift. His proactive approach to checking up on me and ensuring that I am treated well by clients has been incredibly reassuring. He maintains regular communication, offering support and guidance whenever needed. I truly appreciate his timely calls, which not only help me get ready for my shifts but also serve as a reminder to ensure I arrive on time.

It’s clear that Chris goes above and beyond his role as a supervisor. His dedication to his work and his supportive nature have made a significant positive impact on my experience with Engage Education. I feel valued and supported, knowing that Chris is always looking out for me.

I highly recommend Chris Rushton and Engage Education to anyone working with a teacher supply agency. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care make them an outstanding place to work.

Engage are friendly and professional. They have strong contacts with schools and school leaders in my area. Alice and the rest of the team have been great. Thank you!

I've been with Engage from 2017 and I feel like they're part of my family now. I've worked with a few different agents, over the years, when I've moved and wanted assignments closer to home, and I've found them all to be courteous, warm, friendly, reliable and helpful.
My current team of Charlie and sometimes Alice T & Alice K, are always cheery, polite, reliable & helpful. They listen to my preferences & try as much as possible to comply.
Recently I had an issue & I appreciated how Charlie took time to listen, reassured me about my consistent performance over the years & empathised. This helped to soften an unpleasant experience.
I have gone from a full work week to 4 days & currently to 3, yet even now, they try to ensure I'm assigned for the 3 days.
I enjoy working with this team & would encourage anyone, who wants a role in education, to join Engage.

I’ve had a fantastic experience at Engage Education over the year, A special thanks to Consultant Laura and Jamie for their professionalism, reliability, and dedication—they have made the experience truly outstanding. providing seamless support with clear communication and timely responses. I Highly recommend Engage Education for their exceptional service!

I signed up to Engage Education during January and the process was smooth with Alice Thwaites supporting me every step of the way. I have gained a full time role thanks to her hard work and efforts with finding a school that best fits me. The company has been amazing and the staff they have on board are a true reflection of an amazing company. You will get far in your career with Engage Education supporting you.

Having worked for Engage Education for a while now I can honestly say it’s the best teaching agency I’ve worked for. Alice Thwaites is amazing to work with and has links to great local schools. Alice is very organised and always gets in touch the week before checking my availability for the following week and ensuring I get work on the days I’m available. She is really good at communicating and I would encourage other teachers to join Engage as they will have a great experience.

Engage is a professional agency with lots of work and is supportive
Alice is very helpful and has lots of work
All the team are excellent

I was was reluctant to go back into teaching after being on a break for quite a few years. After my initial consultation I was put in touch with Alice Thwaites who was more than accommodating to schedule. I've chosen to only to go one school and she always messages ahead for any days at the school. I'm at ease asking her any questions and she always responds. Great agency to work with!

Laura has been brilliant from the start. I joined a number of agencies and Engage have been the most professional, friendly and helpful by far.

It was relatively easy to sign up with Engage, they have been transparent about pay/holiday pay etc and I started work very quickly.

All the staff from Engage that contacted me are professional and don’t push you into roles unlike some agencies.

I have dealt mainly with Laura who is excellent - always contactable by email, a phone call or text message and has kept me and the school I am at up to date at all times. I would highly recommend Laura and the team at Engage.

Lauren (Ball) has been so easy to work with. Lauren found my desired role and made all arrangements. Working with Lauren has been the best experience I’ve had from an agency. She is attentive, responsive, and managed to secure a rate above what was on offer.

I really appreciate all of your support, Lauren.

Since day 1, Sayedul and Parth have made me feel welcomed and comfortable when I first started. Before my contract finishes with a school, they call me weeks before in advance to sort me out with my next contract. I feel that they prioritize me and have very fast responsive time. Both Sayedul and Parth call me regularly to see how I am which is assuring to me as it shows they care about me and to see if there are any issues on my side. Furthermore, they have provided me with a school local to me. This is very helpful since I do not need to travel far. I would like to thank Parth and Sayedul for all their help and I highly recommend working with Engage Education.

I just want to say a massive thanks to Engage especially Parth. Theres nothing negative to say about Engage. They have definitely made me feel very comfortable, positive and confident. I have worked with alot of agencies and can definitely tell you that Engage only works with only the best schools. Since I joined i have enjoyed every second. Parth and other consultants are so genuine and brilliant at what they do. Honestly i rate them 5* PLUS. I highly recommend Engage to anyone looking for work within a school environment. You won't be disappointed! Thank you all so much for all your help and support throughout.

Craig is truely amazing wonderful caring mananger who has always been there for me and will always support you i hope everyone has the pleasure of coming accross him. He should be the face of the company!

Engage Education is one of the best agencies that I worked with. All people who are working there are amazing and very friendly. And I would like to thank Bethany johnson, Alice Thwaites, Bhupesh Malhi, and Simon Whitcombe for their help and support that gavin to me.

It has been a very lovely experience knowing and corresponding with Jessica in Engage, as she has maintained a very good professional practice in ensuring that I secure a job and also making sure everything is in place for me to kickstart and enjoy my work place.
Her very effective communication and approach to supporting and ensuring that I settle with my new role is highly commendable and well appreciated. Jessica is a huge asset to the team.

Ever since I have been working with Engage Education I have been treated with upmost respect and care by Parth Patel and his team. Parth will check up on me asking me how I am doing when I am not working which I really appreciate. All the school I have been working so far since I have joined the agency have warmly welcomed me in their school. Working with Parth have been so amazing and I hope to carry on working with him.
