We have just switched from British Gas Lite to British Gas and our agent was John Marshal. He helped get us a good deal but the move was not without its problems particularly billing. John proved very helpful, went the extra mile, and sorted it out for us.

We have been hounded by various representatives from this company since September. Despite repeated requests to remove us from their calling list the persist in calling my home, asking for a person who does not live here. I have attempted to use the BT nuisance caller service and blocking their known number but they just call from a different number. I am honestly at my wits end. The last time they called I ended up screaming down the phone. Sadly I expect another call any day now.

Our business was cold called by this company, who lied to try and get through to the MD, didn't follow cold calling guidelines, and were incredibly rude to the member of the team who took the call. They used deceitful techniques to try and win business. Avoid these scammers at all costs!
