I had a problem of getting charged…

I had a problem of getting charged twice for a youtubetv subscription. I contacted Ronnie and he was very helpful. I am 85 years old and don't understand these issues very good. However Ronnie waked me through everything and it turned out good. Ronnie was very intelligent and knew what he was doing!

Ronnie was great

Ronnie was great. Very patient, knowledgeable and personalable.
He know exactly what to do and was very reassuring when I was getgting frusrated. He bot everything fixed and I'm very appreciative.

I really appreciate Ronnies help

I really appreciate Ronnies help. I am old and not very fast on the computer but he was very kind and patient with me even though at times he had to repeat the instructions. He fixed my problem that I tried to fix for a week. I am so glad that he is you tube employee.
He deserves everything he is paid. Thanks again Ronnie.

A job well done.

Obviously, I was pretty upset the service I pay 82$ a month for went to a black screen, all on its own. Eric diffused the situation, got my concerns in check, and solved the problem in a professional, expedediant manner. Customers will be fortunate if they connect with him to solve the issue. Well done. I am a little disappointed of the cost, but that was out of his control.

Eric did an excellent job in resolving my YoutubeTV issue.

Eric did an excellent job in resolving my issue. He called me back when he said he would. He diligently worked through what was a seemingly difficult process. He was patient with me as I was having trouble navigating setting up my Gmail account. He was sensitive to me. He maintained and exhibited a good sense of humor and positive, polite demeanor throughout our several telephone conversations. It was a pleasure working with Eric.
