I was quite worried before purchasing a used car from China. Guazi's team answered all my questions patiently. They kept me informed throughout the whole shipping period. My vehicle arrived in Poland safely with no hidden defects. The overall experience was fantastic, and I would gladly use their service again.
I bought a white 2025 BYD Yuan UP and had it shipped to Gdańsk. Before payment, Guazi sent me photos and a battery report showing 96% SOH. The car arrived clean and looked just like the photos. The range is enough for my daily driving, and charging has been easy. So far, I'm happy with it.
