Excellent customer service (checking in swiftly for secured files and pro-active communication over delivery or pickup options), swift proces an delivery (within a week it arrived) and great quality mini's arrived at my table ready for a Christmas gift.

Beautiful hobby
The quality of everything I received was top-notch. The customer service was excellent; they attended to me and communicated with me promptly. I saw them at their booth at Utrecht Comic Con, where they were also very friendly. I recommend them 100%.

Great quality and fast delivery
Even though it was shortly before Christmass, my package arrived within just a little over a weak. I was informed about the package throughout the delivery. All minis were safely packed and the quality was great - on par with major brands, with almost no cleanup necessary, without supports or sprues, which I really appreciate. Will surely get more in the future.

I ordered a mini from a Hero Forge file and it looked great! The obviously wasn't as detailed as the Hero Forge file since its literally a mini, but it does look very cute and feels just like any other 3d printed mini. I got exactly what I ordered. They also have very friendly and helpful customer service.
