Buying a game was simple enough but when my step son went to put in his information because he was the one who wanted the game. I was just going to pay for it. It kept saying there was an error so I had to put all of my information in order for it to work. Which I don’t get, I shouldn’t have to put my information down just to buy your product when it’s digital. Your not shipping anything to me or anything so what’s the deal??

Okay so i found this website because i was looking for the sims but it’s sold out and i just wanted to know if i do buy it will the code get sent to my email ? or mailed to me ? also is this real? i feel like it’s fake bc $18 for sims !!! that’s crazy i just don’t want to be cheated ! so all id have to do is type in the code i received off my email and type it into origin ?!

I purchased a digital code from this website and it didn't seem to work. Despite me panicking and jumping to conclusions (and threatening them), they dealt with me very well. They explained that the way I used the code was incorrect, offering me a new code or a refund. Absolutely delighted with their customer service and I definitely won't panic next time I buy something from the website.

DIDN'T RECEIVE PURCHASE

Had to access a game via Steam, which wouldn't let me create an account to get it and wouldn't let me get in touch with their support contacts without one. My purchase was therefore locked and I couldn't make any progress to get it, despite being promised an immediate download, and couldn't get Steam to help out.

Empire Gaming had great customer service throughout and worked hard to respond to me and help me reach a fair resolve, I'm happy to give them 5*s as this wasn't really their fault at all and they didn't leave me hanging without a response, even over the weekend. There was an actual person responding via email, not a bot or a program, and that made a real difference to my piece of mind.

I would not hesitate to either recommend or even use again (if they promise not to send the game via Steam) as I find them to be trustworthy and doing their best.
