ist für mich äußerst unseriös. Produkt kam mehrmals defekt an. Bis heute habe ich noch kein Gerät erhalten, das funktioniert.

All I can say is - STICK with it. You will see gradual improvement after 2 weeks and more. I use the toothpaste too. I put the toothbrush on my dog’s teeth for appx 10sec and then also brush them. It does work

Ich war erst skeptisch mit der Ultraschall Zahnbürste da ich immer mit einer Zahnbürste geputzt habe.Aber seit 2 Monaten in Benutzung muss ich sagen sehe ich ganz klar einen Unterschied.
Der Plaque ist zu 85-90% Weg .
Die Zähne werden merklich weiß....an einem Zahn hatte sich leichter Zahnstein gebildet dieser ist weg .Ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig da Miki mit der Zahnbürste gewöhnt war und mit stillhalten naja ...nicht ganz einfach aber mit kurzer Bewegung zwischendurch macht er das super mit....
Ich kann nix negatives zur Zahnbürste und dem Zubehör sagen.
Mit etwas Übung und Gewöhnung bekommt man es hin ....nicht gleich aufgeben.

Started using the emmi pet toothbrush on my 2 dogs after a visit to the vet who advised that they would require dental work to remove plaque under anaesthetic. I was very upset as I did not want to put them through it. The cost was also going to be around £600 per dog. One is 6 years old the other is 3. I have been using the emmi toothbrush now for three weeks and the plaque has nearly gone. I honestly can’t believe the results. It has been a game changer. I thought it had gone too far to reverse the damage but it hasn’t. They didn’t like it at first but now they let me brush their teeth with no resistance. I would highly recommend. No going in anaesthetic. Brilliant toothbrush. When you first use it you think it’s not going to work because it doesn’t make a noise or move but if you keep using you will see the difference.

Der Emmi-Pet Sauger ist eine absolute Enttäuschung. Entgegen der Beschreibung ist das Gerät extrem laut – so laut, dass alle Tiere fast schon panisch reagieren und Angst haben. Von „leise“ kann hier wirklich keine Rede sein.

Zusätzlich ist der Scherkopf völlig stumpf und damit praktisch unbrauchbar. Ein sauberes oder angenehmes Arbeiten ist unmöglich.

Dieses Produkt hält in keiner Weise, was versprochen wird. Für mich eine klare Fehlkonstruktion und definitiv keine Kaufempfehlung.
Ich kann nur ausdrücklich davor warnen, dieses Gerät zu kaufen.
Ich hatte es im November gekauft, um es zu Weihnachten zu verschenken. Nun haben wir es in den vergangenen Tagen ausprobiert und wurden mehr als enttäuscht.

Fazit: 0 von 5 möglichen Sternen.

Outstanding customer service

Terrible customer service have had the product for 5 months and did feel like it was working but the product stopped charging. The communication is terrible even though it states 2 year warranty! No communication from the company!
Very expensive product and very frustrating

Has not worked from day one, my error I should have returned but as instructions state you won't see vibration etc I thought it was working...NO, no lights come on, the toothbrush is not a snug fit on charger either. Terribly expensive but lesson learnt, won't buy this make ever again!
Update.... after my husband looked at this, the part that goes in to the plug had been fitted wrong way round, he mended and now it works! This was how it left the factory so still thumbs down from me :(

Waste of money! This toothbrush is a fake ultrasound brush, that does nothing. Just a plastic garbage. Don’t buy it!!!

Die Emmi pet ist bei meiner Hündin ein echter Gamechanger. Trotz täglichem Zähneputzen mit einer normalen Hundezahnbürste wurden die Zahnbeläge meines Bolonkas immer schlimmer. Wir verwenden seit 3,5 Monaten die Emmi pet und die Zahnbeläge sind nahezu verschwunden-absolut perfekt! Das erspart uns hohe Tierarztkosten, es war bereits eine Zahnreinigung in Vollnarkose angedacht, die können wir uns nun schenken. Aufgrund der positiven Erfahrungen mit der Emmi pet haben wir nun auch die Emmi für Erwachsene und sind begeistert-die Zähne sind strahlend weiß. Klare Kaufempfehlung!

Habe mir die bessere Ausführung bestellt. Habe nach erstem Aufladen den Kundendienst kontaktiert da keine Vibration beim Ein- oder Ausschalten spürbar war. Mir wurde gesagt es wäre normal. So habe ich täglich die Zähne geputzt, doch es war kein positives Ergebnis zu sehen.
Heute beim Tierarzt Zahnsteinentfernung unter Narkose. Daher rate ich vom Kauf dieser Zahnbürste ab und werde wieder manuell Zähne putzen damit meinem Hund solche Eingriffe erspart bleiben.

If I could give this zero stars I would. There are times when you simply have to hold your hands up a admit that you let yourself be seduced by promises that seemed too good to true. I followed all the instructions to the letter, including leaving it to charge for 60 hours before the first use. I've used it twice a day for three weeks on my greyhound and it's done nothing. I suspect it's nothing more than an elaborate con - a piece of plastic with a light that turns from blue to green. An design engineer friend of mine said that even if the vibrations weren't visible to the naked eye, they would produce small bubbles when the brush is placed in water when active - but there's nothing. Also, the distributor sent me version 1.0 rather than 2.0. When I asked why, she said it was the starter kit. Giving her the benefit of the doubt, her website is misleading. I'll put this down as an expensive mistake.

Unsere Hunde lieben die Hundebetten. Als ein Reißverschluss an einem der Betten kaputt ging, wurde innerhalb von zwei Tagen anstandslos ein komplett neues Ersatz-Bett geliefert.

Total waste of money no customer service at all from my retailer or Emmi-pet Germany.
Mine does not charge, or work and has never worked. So frustrating!!!

Unfortunately I cannot review the efficacy of this product, since it does not even turn on. I charged for the stated length of time, followed all the instructions in the manual and no vibrations whatsoever. It is not cheap and the worst part is that the Customer Service have not responded to my message telling them the product is not working. I can also see that other people have had the same problem. Have we all wasted our money???? I would not recommend anyone buy one of these. I would have been better buying an Oral B for my dogs!

I don't think it has done anything to remove any tartar, as promised. A lot of money, for no visible result. Cant see any evidence that it is even working! Cant see any bubbles when in water, or any frothing in the mouth.

Bought the emmi toothbrush. Didn't clean my dogs teeth very well, even though I persisted for yr. Then the toothbrush died.
Expensive mistake.
I now use it as a manual toothbrush.

What exactly is this doing???
I’m unsure if the product I have is broken or if it is supposed to do NOTHING……
It does not vibrate at all, if you put it in a glass of water there is no movement on the water. If it was vibrating so many times a second as claimed, the water would move.
This does nothing as far as I can see. The only thing it’s done is make me feel like a fool for spending a stupid amount of money on it 🙈

Ich habe ein Hundebett bestellt, dessen Lieferung schnell und unkompliziert erfolgte. Die Matratze des Bettes ist super, dick und angenehm weich, mit einer Teddyauflage. Mein Hund fühlte sich gleich wohl darauf. Nach wenigen Tagen ging jedoch der Reißverschluss der seitlichen Wülste kaputt und das Innenleben derselben quoll hervor. Ich schrieb eine Mail an Emmi-pet mit der Bitte um Abhilfe. Sowohl die Antwortmail als auch die Lieferung einer Ersatzmatratze erfolgten sehr zeitnah. Das nenne ich einen hervorragenden Kundenservice. Mein Hund ist wieder glücklich.

Rubbish product, Rubbish Customer service, product doesn't work dogs teeth are NO cleaner, OVER priced rubbish
