Emerald services were exceptionally…

Emerald services were exceptionally amazing. High standards and punctual on time. My family and I were very satisfied with the rides we got and the smooth driving experience. The different transporters we engaged with were very supporting and professional. The vehicles were clean and fancy.

I recently used Emerald drivers, and I was truly impressed from start to finish.

First, the communication was excellent. Quick responses, clear details, and flexibility all made me feel comfortable.

The driver arrived on time, was personable, and extremely professional. He helped with luggage, opened the door, and made the entire experience feel luxurious without being overly so.

The car? Spotlessly clean. Very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Water, chargers, and even Wi-Fi were available—small touches that showed they cared about the passengers' comfort.

The driver knew exactly which routes to take to avoid traffic and make the entire trip comfortable. Honestly, I enjoyed the ride—no stress, no noise, just a very peaceful one.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt this one was well deserved. I recently used Emerald Chauffeurs and was genuinely impressed from start to finish.

First of all, the communication was spot on. Quick responses, clear details, and they were flexible with a couple of last-minute changes I had. That alone already put me at ease.

The chauffeur arrived ahead of time, dressed sharp and very professional. Helped with the luggage, opened the door, and made the whole experience feel premium without being over the top.

The car? Immaculate. Super clean, quiet, and comfortable. Water, chargers, and even Wi-Fi were available — small touches that really show they care about the passenger’s comfort.

The driver was smooth, knew exactly which routes to take to avoid traffic, and made the whole ride relaxing. Honestly, I just sat back and enjoyed the trip — no stress, no noise, just a really peaceful ride.

I booked multiple S Class vehicles with Emerald Concierge for my boss’s conference in Manchester, and the service was flawless. Communication was professional, vehicles were immaculate with refreshments and Wi-Fi, and the chauffeurs were punctual and exceptional. Highly recommended!

Organized female chauffeuring service for our clients, and it was nothing short of exceptional! The chauffeurs were impeccably professional, punctual, and provided a smooth, first-class journey from Harrods Aviation to Oxford University. Highly impressed!

Hi there i have been working for Sara…

Hi there i have been working for Sara emrald lifestyle chauffeur since lat year and I want to tell all the customer PLEASE DONT DO nay business with this company as she doesn't pay to chauffeur drivers. I worked for her last November December and January and she owed me £1408 but paid only £500 so far. She is a big fraud. Please don't take her services and don't let someone be victim of her fraud. I have already file a complaint to TFL AND NATIONAL FRAUD AGENCY. BE AWARE and stop business with her.
