I underwent egg freezing at this clinic, and my experience was excellent from start to finish.

From the very beginning, Ms. Andreou guided me through every step of the process. She was always quick to respond and very patient with all my questions, even when I asked the same things more than once. She made me feel safe and supported throughout.

Dr. Michalakis was outstanding—thorough, clear, and at the same time very approachable. He took the time to explain everything in a way that was both scientific and easy to understand, and he was always available to answer my questions.

On the day of the egg retrieval, the entire team was exceptional. The nurses were highly professional but also very caring and supportive. The process was handled with great attention to detail, including multiple identity checks, which made me feel very secure.

I would also like to thank the entire staff—the midwife, the phlebotomy team, the receptionists, and the cleaning staff. Everyone was kind, welcoming, and professional.

This was a process that initially caused me a lot of stress, but thanks to the clinic’s team, everything went so smoothly that I barely realized how quickly it passed. I am truly grateful to all of them.

Kiki, care vorbește foarte bine limba română, mi a asigurat confortul maxim, ca și cum aș fi fost acasă.

We recommend Embryolab to anyone requiring IVF assistance to help with your journey of becoming parents.

After failures in our home country of Canada and three more cycle failures (with no successful pregnancy) at another IVF clinic in Thessaloniki, we decided to move over to Embryolab.
With a complicated case of both male and female factors, this was the best decision we could have ever made. The facility is very clean, comforting and relaxing with all the latest technologies.
Our international coordinator Mariana was awesome throughout all of our travels back and forth to Thessaloniki. She was always available when we had a question and we truly appreciate her support throughout this journey.
Dr. Kyriakidis was exactly who we needed to finally achieve our dreams of having a baby. From our first attempt we were successful at becoming pregnant. Unfortunately we had two miscarriages but Dr. Kiriakidis continued to personalize and tweak our plan to achieve our ultimate goal.

That personalization resulted in successfully having our first child in November of 2024. A beautiful healthy baby boy.

We would like to thank all of the staff and embryologists, nurses and doctors who were part of this journey! You made a our dreams come true!

Best experience with an IVF Clinica ever.
I have a long journey with trying to get pregnant... I have started around 37 years in my local city, I had at that time two ovocite collections and none of them resulted in any mature ovocite. This was very dissapointing at that time, especially as I was feeling very sick after each anestesia.
I have decided around 39 years to try a different larger clinic from the capital, as there were no other clinics in my city.
The experince with this second clinic was better, after one IVF cycle it resulted în 3 embryos, but unfortunately the communication with this clinic was heavy, they were not answering in useful time, the doctor passed me entirely to the nurse once I signed the contract and I never got advices from this clinic regaring statistics for my age, recommandations, if to test or not the embryos, etc. When I finished the procedure of implanting each of the embryos one by one, I was almost 41 and it did not resulted in a healthy pregnancy.
The chances of getting pregnant were lower, my age was high, I am a realistic person and at this stage I was aware that I only have a small timeframe. I decided to go abroad to a well known IVF clinic and together with some advisors I chosed EmbryoLab from Thessaloniki.
From the start, the initial experinece with this clinic was different, it did not gave any impression that you were in a large clinic, but in a cozy warm place where doctors and nurses were first people, treating me with empathy. They were very professionals and they were keeping their appointments at the scheduled time, communication was awesome and they gave me trust to continue the journey. This is the reason why I had about 10 ovocite collection at EmbryoLab, as I got statistics for my age regarding how many ovocites I need, I was advised to test the embryos and I got the entire support that a person can wish from an IVF clinic. I appreciated a lot the fact that after each procedure, the anestesia was so light that I was recovering super fast and had the feeling that I slept for hours, altough it was just for about half an hour. Another esential aspect was the great communication with Kyriaki, IVF coordinator who was answering at any day of the week at any time.
And las, but not least I highly appreciated that after each procedure, I had a session to discuss with my Doctor Kyriakidis.
Two days ago I gave birth to a healthy baby, I can't express how thankful we are to God and how blessed we feel. A huge merit of our miracle is due to EmbryoLab Clinic, as the moment I started the journey with them I have little hopes given my age and previous experience with other clinics, but thanks to their profesionalism, support and communication, our dream of having a baby came true.

Sve pohvale za bolnicu ,ceo tim ,profesionalni su i posveceni ,za svaku preporuku parovima koji se bore za potomstvo,u ovoj klinici su u sigurnim rukama .Posebno bih pohvalila kordinatorku Suncicu Ljubenko ,tako profesionalna ,prijatna ,precizna i uvek je tu za sve klijente i pitanja ,kao i da sve precizno objasni,svaka joj cast .

Expérience très décevante avec la clinique Embryolab à Thessalonique. Malgré de nombreux échanges, le manque de transparence et de communication sur des points techniques pourtant fondamentaux (niveau de motilité du sperme, protocoles adaptés au don, compatibilité des lots importés...) m’a fait perdre plusieurs cycles, beaucoup de temps, d’énergie et une fenêtre de chance capitale dans un parcours PMA à 43 ans.Ils n’ont jamais alerté sur la non-compatibilité du lot spermatique (MOT2) avant d’avancer dans les démarches, alors que c’était un élément crucial à vérifier dès le départ : cela m’a fait perdre deux cycles et un créneau de stimulation précieux, sans possibilité d’optimiser mon protocole ou de récupérer le temps perdu.En résumé : promesses non tenues, protocoles non adaptés à la réalité technique, communication incomplète et manque d’écoute réelle des besoins de la patiente. À éviter si vous cherchez un accompagnement sérieux, technique et humain pour votre parcours de PMA international.

Nous sommes severine et maxime, vous nous retrouverez très facilement dans vos mails très récents.
C est moi qui vous parle de la motilite et vous dites aujourd hui après deux mois d examens que vous m avez fait faire, dépistage de ceci cela et 100 euros de visio, la vous me faites que la paillette est trop faible que ce soit pour une fiv,ou ponction cumuler etc
Franchement honte a vous
A 43 ans c est tout simplement criminel de faire perdre deux cyles précieux
