The item never arrived. They said they were sending it again, it never arrived again, then they agreed for a refund that was never done.
ITS A SCAM!!

I left a review last month on this topic-I placed an order and they made it so incorrectly. It didn’t even match the font I picked, and it was so large it looked awful. They refused reimburse me and after many back and forth emails they promised to recreate the sweatshirt to be what I ordered. I even sent a picture from the website as an exact replica. They confirmed via email that they would make it just that way. Well, lo and behold, a month later I receive the “corrected order” and it’s made incorrect again. Not even close to the example in the picture. They are still refusing to refund me unless I find a carrier to send it back to china and pay for it all. Absolutely do not waste your time with this company. They will make whatever they feel like and just take your money. Horrible horrible people

Quite skeptical after reading previous reviews and was definitely concerned about what would arrive at my door, I ordered a xl sweater for my wife with embroidered names on and logos, and thats exactly what arrived, yes it arrived a week later than what it said but I was kept upto date regularly. The website does not clearly state that you are ordering from China which is a concern as it claims 5-7day delivery which it was not. But all in all not a bad experience. Only 4 stars due to the delivery and the fact that it does not say its coming from China.

This sweatshirt is top-notch! The portrait looks incredible, and the material is warm and soft. I bought it for my mom, and she hasn't stopped wearing it.

Bought this for my mom, and she was absolutely thrilled! The glitter embroidery is just enough sparkle without being overwhelming. It's soft, comfy, and looks amazing on her.

I'm disappointed with this company. My order is incorrect and I have tried to reach out and get an exchange. I'm having the hardest time trying to communicate with this company. "MOM" is supposed to be printed in red glitter. But I got, "MOM- Red Glitter" written out on my shirt.

Really happy with how this turned out. The portrait stitching is subtle but detailed, and the sweatshirt fits exactly as expected. Great quality overall.

I ordered and selected a large in my order. When I reviewed my order it reflected as an small I immediately noticed them. They returned with our company policy is non refundable. When I reviewed their policies it shows they show a fee to exchange for size issues or quality. They did not offer this or to resolve the issue.

So disappointed with my purchase from this company. It took over 2 months to receive my order and the quality was so poor. Customer service was awful. What a frustrating experience. And waste of money.

I was worried about sizing, but it fits true to size. The embroidery looks exactly like the photo I uploaded. Very happy overall.

This company needs to be taken down !! It's a scam , I ordered 5 weeks ago and the amount of times its being shipped its unbelievable, I have had over 25 emails with them and still no refund or top , I now have said just want my money back and still no refund, its so wrong .

I ordered three items well before the holidays and only two items were delivered. I’ve been going back and forth trying to get a replacement, refund, or find the missing item after being told it would be expidited to me…beyond annoyed. I love the items that were delivered but the customer service sucks and I’ll be disputing this with my credit card if it’s not resolved this week.

Ordered something weeks before Christmas, with the guarantee tjat it will arrive before the day. Its now January 6th and I still dont have what I ordered.

I have asked for my money back, which has not been sent to me.

Do not order from this company absolutely shocking, I have been back on forth with them since the start of December. Placed an order and paid extra delivery for guaranteed delivery in time for Christmas. They have only just sent tracking details for them to say estimated delivery on the 15th of January!!

I'm waiting 1 month and 8 days already and still no information about my order they took the money but to give information, no , because for what ? !!
Sending emails 5 times and still teh same E-Mail about discount and blablabla

Absolute scam- took my money and haven’t received anything , it’s been a month now and multiple emails exchanged ! I want my money back!!

Ordered on 10th December and still not recieved any tracking details. Had replies which sound like they have been created on chatGPT and offered 5% refund when it arrives (if or when that happens). Wish I had done my research on them before ordering.
