I have never been disappointed

I have never been disappointed by this company. I have been buying their shoes for many years and the quality has always been amazing. Most of the time the shoes look better in reality than they do in the pictures.
My shoes get complements all the time from friends colleagues and even strangers. Customer service have always been great, even replacing a pair my daughter bought me for my birthday and they were stolen from her doorstep because the delivery person just left them there.
As long as they have that must have special pair that catches my eye, I will always be a customer.

FRAUD - NOT ALLOWING ME TO RETURN MY ITEMS

I bought a pair of the bliss black Mary Jane shoes. However, I decided to return them so I ordered the returns and I was notified that it would take one working day for the returns to be approved. I did not receive any returns label or approval. Therefore, I contacted the company via email, had one response asking me to elaborate on my reasons for returns and then I have not had a reply since. I now have no choice but to contact my bank to investigate this further. I am utterly appalled by this service, awful and disgusting how customers are being ignored and treated. Do not buy from this company. Even the shoes I ordered turned out to look
completely different from the website (hence my reasons for returning them)

Responding to customers

Ii have reached out several times to exchange my shoes. They were a Christmas gift and they are too big. I hsve been trying since December 26th and no one has contacted me yet.

Love my Dianas

Love my Dianas! They are soft, comfortable leather ( i think it's leather?) Colors are vibrant. They arrived quickly. Sizing, i wear a 9½. They only had the ones I wanted in a 9 , they are perfect. Could be because the Dianas are slingback loafers. I hope they stand up well to wearing. So far ,so good. I will update my post if needed.

I was given 3 x £50 vouchers from my husband as a gift to buy boots I liked. Unfortunately I couldn't use all 3 voucher codes for one transaction on line (we're based in Scotland therefore couldn't visit stores). I emailed and received an immediate response. They simply took a note of my 3 separate vouchers and sent me them all in one electronically so I could buy online. Amazing service..considering it's 2nd January today and was sorted out for me on the same day. 👏

Great Service…

The service was great from start to finish.
I had to exchange a pair of boots as I had accidentally ordered the wrong size and Embassy changed them with no quibble, completely stress free...would definitely recommend Embassy

Got there in the end :)

Contacted Embassy after I had worn my new boots for the first time. The stitching was faulty on the inside heel so caused them to rub me. Emailed them the same evening (Tuesday 16/12) and they picked up my email next day. Isla in their customer service could not have been more helpful knowing they it was a fault with their product and these were boots I had planned to wear lots in the run up to Christmas. She told me that she had missed their collection for that day, so they would be sent the next day and fingers crossed they should arrive on Friday…. And to send my faulty boots back when I got opportunity (I posted these back to them on Thursday 18/12 with their prepost lable and send them a photo of the proof of postage) Fantastic service to this point…. Friday comes, no boots and no reply to the email I sent asking for tracking information for the new none faulty boots that they were sending to me on Wednesday 17/12…. I have had no replies and I’ve sent a few emails…. It’s now Monday 22/12… still no boots and received a notification from DPD saying….. “We’re expecting your LOUD STEP LTD parcel. We'll be in touch when we have it and it's out for delivery”

It would appear that Embassy DIDN’T SEND IT TO THE COURIER ON THURSDAY WHEN They SAID THEY WOULD! Because why else would the courier still be waiting for it?? So want started as fantastic service, has turned in to the most disappointing experience and I just hope when the boots arrive I can actually wear them. Ps… if Embassy had replied to my emails I wouldn’t be writing this rubbish review, I would just have let it go.

Kindly note, we arranged for the replacement to be sent in advance of the arrival of original goods back to our warehouse. As a gesture of goodwill due to the time of year, ensuring you received these in time of Christmas. This outside of our usual policy.

We arranged for next day delivery, as an additional gesture of goodwill, this being raised Thursday. We had also quoted a 1-3 working day processing time, stating we were hopeful to get this to you sooner.

On this occasion unfortunately the carrier failed to collect. The order as stated in our email sent 13.39 is prioritised for collection today with Next Day Delivery, in time for the Christmas period, as promised.

Kindly noting, we replied to your email, unfortunately as previously mentioned, (your two separate emails) were both sent during the weekend in which we were closed.

Given the above overview and the time and effort our team has dedicated to this matter, we believe we have provided exceptional service throughout. We hope this provides clarity and demonstrates the steps we took to resolve this matter.

Outstanding customer service with quick…

Outstanding customer service with quick response times and solutions that are customer focused. I haven't yet recieved my order but honestly, this company has made everything right without fuss & not charged extra for what was probably my mistake. My order went to the wrong postcode, I contacted Embassy who have been helpful with solutions, they have been understanding and just sorted it - thank you!

i respect the company because they…i respect the company because they are honest and to trust

Best Shoe Store ever!!!!

I want to share a heartfelt thank-you to the wonderful team at Embassy London. I visited the store twice recently. Jennifer and Isata were genuinely exceptional! Their kindness, attentiveness and warm energy made me feel so welcomed and cared for. They turned a simple store visit into such a lovely experience.

I also want to express my sincere appreciation for Isla in Customer Care. She went above and beyond - answering every question with great detail, and genuine care. Her dedication truly stood out and made everything so much easier.

I bought boots online

I bought boots online. Had to deliver to a friend in uk as embassy can’t deliver to jersey Channel Islands.
I usually buy my shoes in the Greenwich shop and visit Greenwich especially fir the shop. I find the boots to be way larger than a size 6 uk, the laces keep undoing and the colour runs onto socks. But I wore them first time thru Gatwick airport and they were comfy but sound clunky because they’re big. Thicker socks required but obvs dark colours!!
