This is such a scam, I tried to cancel my subscription BEFORE the trial period ended and the “confirm cancellation” button is NOT WORKING on any device or browser. As a result you charged me $60.
CANCEL AND REFUND ME!!!

Loved the money that my family of 8 saved to go on our trip. The customer service was great and answered my questions in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Trace to anyone that I know if they plan on any sort of travel!!!

Trace has helped me find great flight deals for years now! I love how they’ve continued to improve their flight deals and added great AI tools to add more information to the deals.

No customer service. Messaged 3 times and emailed 2 times and no reply. This is a scam site in my opinion.

Cancelled the service but was still billed.

I've been cancelling this service since before they took my money because I'm not about to rent vehicles because no major credit card and don't hire they still took my money. Scammer

Update - Management contacted me several times to resolve my issues and I am now happy. Old - Tracetravel.co has a trial membership but still require your credit card information. There is no 800# or live person to talk to. I find Expedia and AAA to offer better deals. I bought I pressed the cancel button during the trial period. Unfortunately, there are at least 5 are you sure you want to cancel before you are actually Cancel. So,I was charged for the full amount and Customer Service email says I am out of luck for any refund because they didn't do anything wrong.
