Commande passée suite à un démarchage téléphonique pour la création d’un site internet. Prestation payée jamais livrée ni remboursée.
Pendant le projet :
-création d’une API et tentatives de modification de -mes mots de passe sans consentement
-alertes de sécurité répétées et dysfonctionnements du site pendant la phase de développement
-mise en ligne non autorisée alors que le site n’était pas finalisé
-utilisation non autorisée de ma vidéo YouTube
-non-exécution des tâches prévues (sécurisation, newsletter, stratégie marketing)
Après retrait de leur accès, le site présentait des dysfonctionnements importants, dégradé et présentant des signes de compromission.
Des tentatives d’accès au site après retrait des accès ont été constatées, rendant le site inutilisable et nécessitant sa suppression.
Le prestataire m’a également contacté récemment pour me demander de supprimer mes avis publiés, par crainte pour sa réputation.

Je déconseille ce prestataire pour toute collaboration sérieuse. Après coup, il contacte les clients afin de demander la suppression des avis publiés.

This company does not honor its refund policy. During the order process, you're bombarded with endless and irrelevant upsell offers (I declined all), making the experience overwhelming. When I received the product, I realized it was not what I wanted and immediately requested a refund. They asked for order-related information, which I promptly provided. After that, I was left in limbo and waiting for a refund. When I reached out again, they surprisingly replied quickly and never mentioned the refund. The refund was never issued.
This is not about the money, but about their dishonest and unethical business practices. I strongly recommend staying away from anything offered by Elite Media Online.

So I signed up because of that and it's not for me so I reached out and said I would like a refund and for the past 5 days all they have wrote back is let's find us a solution a resolution. No I will not be using your product refund my money and they have yet to do so and continuously keep sending me that same email as if my mind is going to change if you have a 60 day money back guarantee that's exactly what it means guaranteed refund if you are unhappy for any reason. I highly do not recommend them especially for beginners in the online marketing world.
