I am sharing this review based on my personal experience with McClain Bell and the companies/entities with which he presented himself as being associated, including Elysium Private Equity Firm, Elite Universal Solutions, and Elite Holdings & Acquisitions LLC.

My experience resulted in a very substantial financial loss, and I believe prospective clients should conduct extensive independent due diligence before sending any funds.

I was introduced to McClain Bell through Edwin Thomas and Donna Hinkle at OFN National Escrow Services LLC in early 2025. Based on the representations made to me and the information provided, I agreed to participate in a funding structure for my business projects.

I ultimately wired approximately $1,080,000 in connection with this transaction.

My understanding of the proposed structure was that I would provide 5% down and that a $25 million trust account would be established in my company's name through Momentum Financial Group, associated with Redell Vincent Napper Jr. I was told that the trust would support a 3x line of credit, resulting in a potential $75 million funding facility for my projects.

That proposed structure was a significant reason I agreed to proceed and commit such a substantial amount of capital.

Unfortunately, the funding I was expecting never materialized.

I did not receive the usable trust account, line of credit, or financing facility that had been described to me. I also have not received a return of my principal.

As a result, I have been left with significant financial obligations, including debt and continuing interest expenses associated with the funds I raised for this transaction. The financial impact on me and my family has been substantial.

I have retained the relevant documentation, including contracts, correspondence, wire confirmations, and other records relating to these transactions. I have also reported my experience and concerns to appropriate authorities so that they can independently review the facts and determine whether any laws or regulations were violated.

My experience did not end there.

In December 2025, McClain Bell reappeared and represented that he could now arrange funding. Given my previous experience, my wife and I had significant concerns, but we decided to give the opportunity another chance.

During this process, I was asked to remove my previous negative Trustpilot review. I did so in good faith because I wanted to give the new funding opportunity a chance to succeed.

I was subsequently introduced to a lender based in the United Kingdom, and we entered into an agreement. However, when it came time for the financing to be funded, the transaction again did not close and the expected funding was not delivered.

Based on my experience, I am extremely concerned about the reliability of the funding representations and the ability to follow through on the commitments made to me.

My purpose in writing this review is not to make a legal determination about anyone's conduct. I am simply sharing what happened to me so that other potential clients can make informed decisions.

If you are considering working with McClain Bell, Elysium Private Equity Firm, Elite Holdings & Acquisitions LLC, Elite Universal Solutions, Momentum Financial Group, OFN National Escrow Services LLC, or other parties involved in this funding structure, I strongly recommend that you conduct independent due diligence and obtain advice from qualified legal and financial professionals before transferring any money.

Do not rely solely on verbal representations, presentations, websites, or assurances. Verify the funding source, verify the financial institutions involved, independently confirm the existence and availability of the proposed capital, understand exactly where your money is going, and make sure you have appropriate contractual protections before sending funds.

I have documentation supporting my experience and am prepared to provide it to the appropriate authorities or Trustpilot if requested.

This has been an extremely difficult financial experience for me and my family. I would strongly encourage anyone considering a similar transaction to proceed with extreme caution and complete independent verification before committing any capital.

We are sharing this review to describe our personal experience and to encourage others to conduct extensive due diligence before committing substantial funds to any financing program.

In early 2025, we were introduced by Donna Hinkle to McClain Bell and entities associated with him, including Elysium Private Equity Firm, Elite Holdings & Acquisitions LLC, and Elite Universal Solutions. We were also introduced to individuals connected to the proposed funding structure, including Redell V. Napper Jr. of Momentum Financial Group, Reynaldo Uballe of CLS Lending, James Marshall of Marshall Strategies LLC, and others.

Based on the representations made to us, we were told that by providing a 5% contribution, a $25 million trust account would be established in our company's name through Momentum Financial Group. We were further informed that this trust account would support a line of credit three times its value, resulting in a $75 million funding facility for our projects.

Relying on these representations and the endorsements we received, we proceeded with the transaction and ultimately wired a total of $1,080,000.

Our experience did not unfold as represented.

The promised funding facility never materialized. We did not receive a usable trust account, line of credit, or the financing structure that had been described to us. Months passed with repeated explanations, revised timelines, and assurances that funding was forthcoming, but the expected results never occurred.

As a consequence, we were left carrying substantial financial obligations, including debt and ongoing interest expenses associated with the funds we committed. The situation also caused significant emotional stress for our family.

In December 2025, after a lengthy period without results, McClain Bell contacted us again and indicated that funding could now be arranged. Although we had serious reservations based on our previous experience, we chose to give the process another opportunity. At his request, we removed a previously posted negative review in good faith.

We were subsequently introduced to a lender in the United Kingdom and entered into a new agreement. However, funding once again failed to materialize. From our perspective, this reinforced the concerns we had already developed based on the earlier events.

Based solely on our experience, we found a recurring pattern of promised funding, delays, explanations, and ultimately no successful completion of the financing that had been represented to us.

We are not making legal conclusions regarding any individual or company. Determinations regarding legal responsibility belong to the appropriate authorities. However, we believe it is important for others to understand the outcome of our experience before making financial commitments.
