Please do not use this site. Tried ordering a fenty lip tint for a Xmas present, it said order on hold after I put my credit card details in. No confirmation order received and 2 days later my credit card company called saying some one had added my card to a google pay account and tried spending over £1400 in Berlin!! Fortunately my credit card company realised and stopped the transaction so no money taken. I will definitely check reviews of websites in future.

Dreadful company. Do not buy from Elvabeauty. Tried to contact them by email, phone and SMS ref and order I placed and no response. No wonder they are overall rated "poor" on Trustpilot. ☹️

I used a promo code from Elvabeauty to buy a luxury perfume with a 20% discount. It's now my signature scent.

Scam. Took my card details. No item received and instead my card has been used on Google Wallet for unauthorised payments.

I foolishly didn’t check the website on Trustpilot before ordering. Entered all my card details and name and address but when said code being sent I didn’t finalise. Then read Trustpilot and was horrified. I’ve cancelled my card and phoned Apple Pay and am checking my accounts daily. They still have my details but I cannot get them erased. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE

Do not use! Complete scam website. You order a product and then a significantly higher amount of money (£800 in my case) is taken from your account for a gaming website. Luckily, bank have stopped this payment.

Thought i found a good deal but the scammers used my credit card retail to set up a Google play account. Do not use!!!

Absolute scam. I stupidly didn’t research before paying online, my card was added to a Google wallet and payments in Euros and Indonesian rupees attempted which luckily I was able to reject. Replacement card received and they managed to take a £90 payment from that as it didn’t need approval. Stay well away

SCAMMERS!!! Google is advertising this company which makes it seem legit but it’s 100% not. My mum tried to order and suspiciously it said they were sending a code to make a payment (this is not something that happens on any other website). There’s no option for PayPal either, you can only enter bank details…even more suspicious. My mum then called her bank and they let her know that shortly after she ordered, the company had tried to set up google pay. Luckily the bank had blocked it. The card has now been frozen and the bank is aware. Avoid this website like the plague unless you also want to be scammed. Google really needs to remove this site from their advertised sellers.

Scam website trying to steal money. Luckily used a bank that requires authentication of payment. Tried to take over £1500 for £8 hand cream!

I was scammed, they listed a product for £9 cheaper than sold elsewhere so I thought I would buy from this website. Received a confirmation email to say my purchase was put on hold until my payment had been received. No other communication other than that. Then took me to link to ‘pay’ but I actually was unknowingly setting up my card to add to someone’s google pay! They requested a set up confirmation pin from my bank which went to my phone, in my rush to buy the product I didn’t think that this isn’t how I usually verify payments (usually done in the app!). I then got an email confirmation that my card has now been added to google pay. Phoned my bank to cancel my card and the google pay on their device. Please do not use! They now have all of my information which is very scary.

During Elvabeauty's winter sale, I purchased a lot of skincare goods. The prices were fantastic, and the delivery was on time.

An utter scam - tried to order perfume twice, message sent about a verification code which never arrived. Luckily the bank blocked the attempted 120 Euros for a gaming site from somewhere in Germany.

Scam website. Ordered a product (with 30% discount). Fortunately my account asked to verify payment. Should have been £21 to Elva Beauty. The authorisation was for £191.60 to Gaming. Card cancelled! Don’t get caught out

In their special offers section, Elvabeauty advertised the Dyson Corrale straightener that I bought. It was incredibly affordable.

SCAM- tried to purchase and as with other buyers it said it is sending a verification code. Had a notification on my app that they were trying to take a payment of £206 when it should’ve been £53. These people were just getting a normal job!

At their sales event, the Elvabeauty crew suggested a wonderful fragrance. It smells amazing and was on sale.
